Ismael and Paco and Carlos in La Palapa were wonderful. Lapalapa was a great coffee shop!

Although we weren’t there to cook, most items were available in the kitchenette. Pots, pans, plates and glasses.

The Torres Mazatlan was wonderful. The grounds are spectacular, the staff amazing and the activities for the kids were a plus. It was a lovely vacation!

Very courteous staff.

We checked out early because the living room furniture was so incredibly uncomfortable. In addition there was no way to stream our fire stick on their tvs. Their tv package was pretty much all in Spanish. No big deal if we could stream our own fire stick. Would not go back.

This was our first stay at Torres Mazatlan, but won't be our last. Our two bedroom unit was very spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the pool area and the beach beyond. The kitchen was well-equipped, including plenty of dishes and silverware. The only thing missing was soe salt and pepper! We met lots of folks who have been visiting the resort for decades!

We have stayed at Torres many times over the years. It is a wonderful Timeshare resort, with awesome staff and fantastic grounds.

The entire staff at this hotel is amazing. Great customer service, food and amenities.
