Clean & great customer service

Hotel staff is great (so friendly and helpful) and the location is fantastic. The room is just ok. It was clean but we found the mattress to be stiff and lumpy. DO NOT eat at the attached restaurant (Mosaic). Awful food and even worse service.

Location is close to the Ritz which was the venue we were attending. Entrance is not visible from the street. Overall a clean and quiet hotel. I hate hotel sliding bathroom doors with no lock so points deducted for that.

Television was not working. From check in to after we left room to go to a show, someone from the hotel was in the room. (over 4 hours after check in) It didn’t allow us to rest and made us feel uncomfortable leaving our stuff in the room.

Staff was fantastic. Did not like the 46 dollar parking fee and the restaurant charged ridiculous prices for an 8 ounce tap beer

I was driving up from Los Angeles and checked in over the phone at 4 PM, When I arrived at 2:30AM, they had checked me into the wrong room (A queen) when I had a junior suite for my roommates and I. I had to sleep on an uncomfortable cot they hastily provided. Luckily, they made me whole and gave me my correct room for my second night.
