Friendly staff. Limited amenities.

There were ants crawling on the counter by our tv. We let staff know and when we came back there were still ants even after cleaning. I could understand if we were on the 1st floor but obviously there was something in our room prior to us checking in that causes them to return

Easy parking. Had trouble finding it at first.

Excellent location, everything worked very well for the price paid. What I didn't like was that I reported to the Front Desk that there was a noise that kept me awake. That noise hadn't happened the night before. The noise continued until 4:00 a.m. The Front Desk didn't do anything. I was hoping they would at least move me to a different room, since I reported it at 11:30 p.m. I recorded the noise with my cell phone, and they could hear it. I returned to my room and had to put on some music on my phone to try to sleep.

Nice room good area close to the zoo.

1. Property is unsafe, Backdoor always open: lock doesn't work. 2. We stayed for 2 nights. After staying for a night, we asked for room service to clean and change the towels. The front desk lady rudely told us that this is a self-service hotel and they do not clean the room. After contacting Expedia, she retracted and said she assumed we were staying for one night. She promised service, but that service was not performed till 4 hours later. 3. Also, the lady contacted other guests and shared the incident, which is a strict violation fo Privacy. I want Expedia to have a full investigation of this property and consider removing it from their portal.

We only stayed for about 7 hours just to get some sleep overnight. Check in was quick and easy. We took the shuttle back to the airport in the morning and the staff member who drove us was very kind. It was good for a nights rest.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it wasn't bad at all, the people at the front desk were nice and helped with whatever we needed. The room was in a pretty decent condition and the breakfast was pretty good, different options!

The beds are hard and air conditioning doesn’t work

Besides having the smallest bathroom known to man and a thermostat that never seemed to actually make the room cold, the property was nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable

Simple clean hotel.

The room smelled of smoke, I am not a smoker. Very noisy, you can hear everything in the halls.
