The elevator call button was broken from the 3rd floor. There were issues with the room we were given, but the front desk handled them promptly and got us moved to a new room.

Hotel is very well kept! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Loved our stay no complaints at all!

Long black hair in tub, dirt in the corners of tub. A/C leaked the carpet was wet smelled like mold. Soap, lotion holder was nasty. The chair in the room was stained and dirty. I sprayed 2 cans of Lysol You could smell the mold in the hallway. They had 30+ people in the pool which only 4 people actually had a room, the others drove up and left in their cars and left their trash behind, still there the next morning. The A/C in the so called gym was broken; smelled like mold and mildrew in there. DO NOT STAY HERE

Toilet didn’t flush well. The AC unit kept the carpet wet in our room. The whole hotel had a mold/mildew smell. Very dark with no lights at all by the pool at night.The Elevator button from the third floor did not work. Had to call the hotel and get the clerk to send the elevator to the third floor from the 1st floor so it was very time consuming.

Nice place . Liked the room hated the bathroom toilet lid broken. No body wash in the dispensary. But my family and I made due . Thank you!

We went to the pool for an hour and when we came back, the floor was covered with flying termites. I found the nest they came out of behind the curtain. The one poor lady on duty couldn't do anything. They had no other rooms. She had a line of other guests. I let her stay at her post and I took her vacuum and cleaned them up. Management weren't answering their phones. I would show you the bugs, but this page won't let me upload.

Hotel and room smelt musky like water damage,tv didn’t work,WiFi didn’t work,elevator didn’t work to go down from the 3rd floor had to call the front desk if you was lucky for someone to answer otherwise you’d have to take the stairs,Young worker at the front was very rude and not friendly. Will not be staying at this hotel again and will definitely be telling friends and family not to book here either.

We had a little trouble with the check-in but it was taken care of very quickly. It is a nice location.

Overall rude manager. Told me I could have a certain room and kept lying to my face when his other employees were telling me different things.

The staff was great at check in. When there wasn’t enough towels in the room, they gladly fixed the problem within a few minutes. Bathroom cleanliness is the only issue that could’ve been better.

Staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Property was conveniently located & available for a last minute stay. It was fine as far as comfort. Basically what you would expect from a side of the highway motel in between towns. However, this was in the middle of a bustling part of town & it didn’t feel clean or safe enough and seems to be missing out on opportunities to level up their game for where it is located.

I’ve worked in customer service so I’m one of those people who are not hard to please and don’t like complaining. The first room I got as soon as you entered the whole room smelt like mold/mildew. I now work as a dorm room coordinator so I know the signs and how it can spread onto objects and cause health issues. I went to the front desk and told them the issue and their solution was offering air freshener. I then explained that it wasn’t about the smell, but what caused the smell that was a concern. I asked for either a room change or a refund. She immediately told me she cannot issue a refund (i understood) , but also told me she didn’t have any rooms like mine so I asked if I could speak with a manager or get a different style room. She goes to the back and talks to a manager on the phone and then came back and proceeded to offer me a different room at this point she had an attitude and threw my key onto the desk. I enter my new room and it’s the exact same style room I had before (the one she told me she had none of). Overall my experience here after that was mid at best. Breakfast was obviously old and the new room I had wasn’t even completely set up and missing things such as towels sheets so on.( which she could’ve told me wait and I would’ve again I’m not hard to please was overall very calm and nice throughout it and tried to be understanding)

We are in town several times a year and always stay at this location. Convenient. Clean. Good breakfast.

Great location, employees were friendly. Found 2 live cockroach in the restroom and neighbor blared their tv all night long.
