A very modern and clean hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Staff were superb and we parked on the lake front without a problem, they do have their own parking a short walk away. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone, superbly appointed and ideally placed on the lake side.

Very good hotel reasonably well located to all facilities. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. Unusually there were no tissues to use in the room and the lights flickered a lot in the room. Other than that there was not a lot to complain about nice touch was a pool and bar on the fifth floor that we liked.

Great location - easy walk to the old town and restaurants and the ferry terminal. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast was good. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with lots of seating and a nice pool bar. My only beef is the €1.50 for the use of a pool towel.

Unfortunately we cut our stay at this hotel short & moved elsewhere. Extremely unpleasant room, “prison esque”. Bathroom was vile, smelly, no window. Toilet brush holder full of filthy brown water. No toiletries, no cups, no water provided. Breakfast poor, pre prepared, tinned fruit etc, not fresh or home made. Parking extremely limited, however lady on reception very helpfully moved her car so we could park. Certainly not a 4 star hotel.

Lovely hotel just on the outskirts of Como old town. Really friendly staff. Nice breakfast too. Really enjoyed relaxing in the roof top pool. Would happily recommend!

The front desk staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Maid service was poor! Also, we had a superior room for 4. Bathroom had absolutely no table for toiletries. We had to place them all on the floor. We requested a table for the bathroom but were refused. Would not stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with any enquiry, our breakfast was wonderful and had a good selection for all. The room s hotel and pool were very clean and couldn’t fault anything the waiters and bar staff by the pool were fantastic and made our stay very welcoming.

The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us.

We had a wonderful time and the service and staff were excellent and so friendly to our kids wich was much appreciated. The pool area and the view was amazing.

Amazing hotel, clean the rooms big, the pool area is lovely spacious and clean. The bar manager is so accommodating and friendly cannot do enough for you and the food is exceptional . Amazing place
