Mi experiência fue una muy mixta. El hotel es hermoso sin duda alguna. Tiene unos paisajes hermosos los cuales ayudan a una relajación increíble. En cambio el servicio recibido y provisto por los empleados del hotel no fue el mejor. Desde que llegamos a la recepción, el trato no fue el mejor y las instrucciones para encontrar la habitación no fueron claras. Nadie se ofreció ayudar con todo el equipaje que llevábamos. Tampoco se nos proveyó información para el wifi como hacen en todos los hoteles. Pensamos que la información estaría en el cuarto y no fue así. Tuvimos que volver a recepción a buscar la información. Los empleados que estaban sirviendo el área de la barra en la piscina tendían a desaparecerse cuando veían que los huéspedes se iban acercando a hacer algún tipo de pedido. Para hacer cualquier tipo de pedido, teníamos que buscar entre los restaurantes para poder encontrar a los empleados y a la hora de hacer los pedidos parecían molestos al tener que atender a los huéspedes. La piscina era hermosa, pero lamentablemente en los días que estuvimos hospedados no se le dio el mantenimiento necesario y el agua estuvo sucia. La internet en el hotel (wifi) no es la mejor. Si precisa de wifi para trabajar o realizar cosas importantes, tenga esto en mente ya que tiende a desconectarse demasiado o la señal de la misma deja de funcionar. Los desayunos brindados en el hotel fueron buenos y con gran variedad para elegir. En resumen hermoso lugar con un servicio pésimo.

The bed was incredibly comfortable,the hotel grounds are beautiful. Super convenient for the airport. Food was delicious. We honestly wanted to stay for longer but had pre-booked our next part of the journey. Highly recommend.

Close to the airport

Solar do Imperador é um clássico de Porto Seguro. Da conveniente localização próxima ao aeroporto aos belíssimos e inconfundíveis jardins. O Solar nos conta um pouco da história do Brasil pelos seus corredores. Uma vista linda desde a cidade alta, com um delicioso café da manhã.

Excelente hospedagem. pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Just an overnight stay. Pool area was as it looked in the photos. Grounds are great, interesting place to stay. Rooms are dated, sadly. The bed and pillows were comfy, AC good. Nice room, but showing it's age. Dinner buffet was actually better than I thought it would be.

website pictures were not accurate. Outdated room and the bed sheets were torn and stained. The air conditioner wasn’t working. Staff fixed but it broke again. There wasn’t other room to change.

Staff were brilliant l, from check in to check out. I would deffo stay again

Great option, a bit outside the center but a quick ten minute car ride. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Would defiantly return.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was very good. Internet is ok. Gym was big. Limited weight equipment. Nice live music at night. Only issue was it is close to the end of the runway at airport. I should have looked at the location.
