I guess the biggest issue is that there is no sound proofing in the building. I ended up with a family with kids above me so from 1030 to about 130 AM I got to experience living inside a drum. No sleep. Brutal. There are better places to stay in the price point and within 10 minutes drive time. Look at other options.

I booked this hotel for a group of 5 adults & 2 kids, so we went with the big suite room. Breakfast was a voucher for the attached Smitty’s restaurant (which was excellent), but only give 2 vouchers per room no matter how many are on the room. I complained to front desk(this was a big reason for us booking with this hotel) they offered us 1 extra free voucher & then told us extras can be purchased for $10 each. Kids in the room above us were running around until 11pm, so it was noisy. Our hide a bed had nerds in it so squished 2 people into the double bed. Other than that the stay & hotel was great. Hot tub was empty & not running but pool & wayerslide we lots of fun.

Hotel was very clean. Like the Smitty's breakfast voucher. Rooms were very spacious. Only had one elevator so the wait was long.

The breakfast was good. It was nice to have the options available for the coupon for breakfast.

The room seemed alright for the two minuet’s we got to enjoy it. We booked here after confirming they had a hot tub and arrived a day after booking to unload everything to fourth floor and unpacking… went down to the hot tub to be told “oh yes we have hot tub but it’s out of commission for the next week” which would been nice to know when we specifically asked the staff member about the hot tub for my hip injury after a 9 hr drive out to airdrie. Luckily Expedia refunded our money and we went and enjoyed our evening over at the holiday inn express & Suites!

The hotel was great with nice amenities and friendly staff. I booked it because it said free breakfast, but we just got two vouchers for a discount. There was four of us. Other than that it’s a good hotel.

Hair in bathtub upon arrival, missing one coffee pod which leaves assumption housekeeping was rushed. Hot tub was not working and not sure if pool is properly maintained. Minimal chlorine and a film was left on our sandals and tasted horrible if you go any in your mouth. May be a salt water pool though

Newer facilities, good location, safe area and good deal with Smitty’s for the breakfast.

We stayed over with two of our grandchildren. Had a great time at the pool and waterslide. Played foosball and pacman in the games room. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Smitty’s with the added benefit of two meal vouchers. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Pool was great, amenities were kids friendly. Vouchers to eat in on-site restaurant rather than cold buffet. We will be back.

If you are a parent who lets your kids rule the roost - this hotel is for you. Kids running a muck in the pool, no supervision, being unsafe. Kids running up and down the hall, walls are thin and can hear everything. Some staff had their kids enjoying the free food and pool, so it was too busy to go when we arrived. Beds were really hard. I would not stay here again.

Everything was good. A little disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I get it that it was beyond your control. The other disappointment was I did not realize that the pool hours differ from the weekend to the week hours considering it was a holiday Monday for some. When my grandson and I went down at 8:30 we were told not until 9:00. So we waited for 9:00 and went back down and was told 9:30. So we swam for a little over hr. Returned to the room to shower and get ready to leave. We received a call asking if we were leaving. If the pool had been opened when said we would have been on time. We always try to follow the rules. I was a little discouraged as my grandson was dropped off to have a swim before we left to go home. One of the reasons we book a hotel with pool

Hot tub down for repairs, but they warned me in advance. I hoped for a better breakfast at Smitty's.

Room was clean, beds comfy. Pool and waterslide were great, hot tub was broken. Breakfast is a $12 voucher for Smitty's that is attached to the hotel not continental breakfast.

Rated the breakfast as excellent because one can order what ever you want. How can you complain about that. And if you complain that it is only a 12 dollar credit, stay home !
