Awesome Staff! Very Friendly made you feel relaxed and like you were Family!

The Staff was the best part. The photos do not show the wear and tear of the place. They seem like they are edited of very old photos. Still clean though. The room service is actually a pickup service. The cocktail lounge is why I booked. No music was playing and it was the warmest space in the hotel. I didn't have more than one drink over my two-night stay. The breakfast had great options, but many items were not kept warm. Will be in Okinawa a lot over the years would not book at the price for the over all experience again.

Large room and great staff

Buyer beware. The advertising all says there will be discounts on meals with a reservation the day before. The advertising includes discounted rates for holidays. HOWEVER, the hotel did NOT honor their own advertising and charged full price at the cash on holidays. We challenged this unsuccessfully. ALSO: breakfasts had virtually no variation from day to day (unheard of for other hotels in Okinawa at this price point), and the hotel would only give us ONE of the TWO free drinks promised by Expedia. The staff were generally friendly, and we liked our room, but the issues we experienced appeared to be systematic. We will NOT be going back. I'd advise you to think twice about going as it's stressful to not feel good about eating at the hotel restaurant and therefore feel that you have to leave to eat, rather than staying in if that's what you'd prefer.

Muslim friendly/ hahal foods will be great to have.

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. But to my surprised it was nice. Staff was friendly, unlimited snack bar and essential uses. Their buffet for dinner was really good. Over all happy.

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Good location to most attractions and Rycon Aeon if self-drive.

The Staff are exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. The Reservation, Front desk, Concierge and Driver team are all excellent!

Good location, very nice sea view room with balcony. We were very pleased with the size of the room, the staff are friendly. Loads of different types of food for breakfast. The hotel is not new but very clean and tidy. Free parking and good speed WIFI. Completely satisfied. Highly recommended. Definitely will come back again for the next trip in Okinawa.

Spent 2 nights with my children. It’s an old place with one pro only: the small indoor pool (nothing outdoor) if you are with small children. Not useful for adults because it’s small and two families fill it up at once. Some staff were very kind,while two were mean. Considering how shabby the property looks, some staff would better change their attitude if they want to keep their place going. Our room was superficially clean ,but at places dirty and very stinky indeed! I mean smelly given the fact that no extractor fan was in the bathroom. We ended up showering downstairs in the pool dressing room to avoid steaming everything up upstairs :( Two nights only so we didn’t ask for a room change,because it was spacious. Breakfast place changed while there, it’s good on the ground floor and just ok on the second floor. All in all at ¥25,000 a night a big big rip off for what is an average , quickly aging hotel. Full three stars, not good value for money. Car park is included, I wouldn’t say free. We booked a room for one adult and three children aged 3 to 12, they had the cheek to charge us ¥550 extra for our 3 years old girl who probably had 20 grams of food , if any. That is what being ‘mean’ means: ‘let’s squeeze as much money as possible out of these people’s pockets” the hotel mission, not nice. It’s portrayed as a family friendly ,but some staff clearly do not like children at all. We are in the area again at the of the month for 3 nights, we booked elsewhere. Avoid it!

Very helpful staff, very easy to accommodate

Fourth time staying at this Hotel, it helps to have a rental car to get around which makes shopping and eating out much easier.

Very spacious hotel room. Difficult to get to the hotel without a car. Free amenities bar was great as well. Some areas of the hotel did smell like sewage especially near our room. But they had friendly staff and a great fitness room.

This hotel is very dated. Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing. Our first room on 13th Floor was great. The second one on the 12th floor had a musty mould smell and old curtains that didn't block out the light making the room red - made for a much less comfortable environment. Also there was a plumbing/drainage issue and the bathroom flooded both times the shower was used. The two pillows provided are TERRIBLE. Also, hotel was fully booked and whilst we were grateful to have parking, it was a very long and steep walk from the car park p to the hotel. Really needs a refresh, but good value for money and excellent service. You definitely need a car too, it is very hilly and there is no food or convenience store within walking distance.

The property is in a residential neighborhood so public transportation is difficult. The hotel offered free shuttle to the mall on a schedule.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I appreciated having a great breakfast available every morning. Being on the 9th floor gave me a terrific sunrise view.

Clean room. Service was alright. Somehow breakfast was on the first floor on Monday with much more variety. On our 2nd and 3rd day, breakfast was on 2nd floor with so much less choices. Enough parking spaces for the nights that we stayed, it was not too busy. There is a free snack and amenity section on 1st floor near the reception for guests to take which was quite nice. The pool is a bit old and small. There is a kids pool filled with duck toys.
