Staff spoke way too quickly, making them hard to understand. And NO LAUNDRY Facilities contrary to them claiming there’s laundry and dry cleaning. I picked this hotel specifically so I could wash my babies clothes. Was very disappointed to see they flat out lied.

Yes it was. Staff was friendly and accomodating especially Alex. Service was good for our short stay.

Showing its age. Clean, comfortable though. They need boot trays and carpets at the entrances to the rooms. The tile is terrible for wet or snowy/dirty boots. Breakfast the first morning was cold.

Staying with a school volleyball team and a fire alarm went off at 7am. Apparently it was just a test, but that experience was not fun at all.

The room was fine but the tv went in and out a lot and the hot water was not consistent, we were there for 4 nights and 5 days so I would recommend telling your guests about the tv situation before checking in

Room was quiet and staff friendly. Heating worked as expected, Hot water with great pressure when used for shower.
