The rooms were acceptable, clean enough, and provided the basic necessities for a stay 🛏️. However, the service was quite poor; staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests 😔. The location was a definite plus, very convenient for getting around and exploring the area 📍🚶‍♀️.

It's an aging four stars hotel. Size of room is OK, but shower cubicle is small, shower head water splashing all over. Bed was sinking towards the middle thus was not comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Staff were generally friendly.

A very disappointing experience – not recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group and had a truly unpleasant experience, especially during breakfast. We were all gathered in a small café, and served an extremely poor and limited breakfast — while other guests were enjoying a much richer breakfast in a separate restaurant area. When I asked why we were being treated differently and requested to see the other room, the staff completely ignored me. They turned their backs without a word, and a few waiters even laughed while saying something in Italian. I may not understand the language, but body language is universal — and theirs was clearly disrespectful. We reported our complaints to the reception, hoping for at least a polite apology or solution, but they didn’t listen or seem to care at all. This is not the level of hospitality anyone deserves. If you don’t want to start your morning upset and disrespected, I strongly suggest avoiding this hotel.

Reception service is very poor! We checked in and requested breakfast time next day. First 06:30, then 07:00, finally 07:15. We paid city tax and she said that will give me the receipt next day including change, city tax is 48 Euro and I gave her 50 Euro. After breakfast next day, I went to reception to get the city tax receipt, she said no, she will give me the receipt after all check out and return the room key. Final all check out, and I got the receipt, I said how about the change, 2 Euro. She said what change ? I said I paid 50 Euro last night, and you told me the change will be with the receipt. Your staff got to educated!

I couldn’t sleep at all because of the unbearable smell of cigarette smoke that filled the entire room. It was extremely difficult to breathe. On top of that, there was a lot of noise until 6 AM, making the stay even worse. I absolutely do not recommend this terrible hotel.
