The W Montreal is my go-to property when visiting Montreal. Clean, convenient, friendly, accommodating and pet welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and stocked with a minibar. A beautiful park across the street and easy access to the Metro system. Always a delight to visit!

Great place as usual

This is an exquisite hotel with wonderful staff and excellent location.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone we spoke with without exception were great. The room was always very clean. We skipped a couple of days cleaning while there, because they replace your towels every day, which we feel is not necessary. The location of the hotel is right between old Montreal and downtown. It's very easy to walk to many great places from the hotel.

We have absolutely loved our stay at the W Montreal. All the staff,from the Concierges,to the doorman,housekeeping ladies,the bar and restaurant chef and their staff,everybody was incredible,friendly and attentive. They anticipate our needs(and wants) we will make it a tradition to come to Montreal early September. Yasmin,Zach,Heloísa,Mauricio,Benjamin,Marcel,Vincent were particularly lovely. I will whole heartedly recommend the W for all lovers of modern,sleek design and outstanding customer service! 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved the ambiance and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I had a lovely stay and overall had a great experience. On the last day there was a loud protest from W Hotel Staff from 7AM - 12PM which really affected my stay. W Hotel - Please pay your staff appropriately because they do deliver a top tier experience.

Super quick room service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only con I can think of is the open shower, which is always a bad idea; don’t know why newer hotels think people like open showers (no door). We don’t!

Fantastic room with unique style. Very warm welcome from the check in. The vinyl bar Is very nice and food good. Breakfast was only average. Overall great place and good memories

The property is modern, clean and the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The Vinyl Bar was fun! The room was well appointed and nicely decorated and clean. The only downfall was how hard it was to find the front door for Valet Parking, confused by bicycle lanes and construction out front.
