Clean and quiet property

Staff is great! Good breakfast lots of options. AC is quiet that’s what I love. Location was a little challenge as it is along the highway, one can easily miss the entrance and you need to reroute.

Clean and quiet. Good value.

Hotel is nice, right off the highway. Very clean, large rooms. Unfortunately the hotel is doing construction, and at 7am we woke up to an enormous, noisy crane directly outside our window. This put a damper on my whole day. I wish that the hotel had forewarned us of the construction.

I don’t know where to begin it’s very tacky. Vinyl floors are bubbling and there’s gaps in the floor. No view from 2nd room but old roof top. Beds are comfortable Tv’s nice size. chair outdated. Shower heads outdated. Very unsafe entering from i17 in a vehicle. No elevator for 2nd floor i’m older so that didnt help lol. Breakfast okay! Some staff friendly no dumbbells in gym I work out daily but they had treadmill ecliptic and bike that was fine.

Asked for bedding for the sofa bed in the suite. Was told that I had to get it myself because the staff was "busy"

I could not believe that going into the room they had not temperature regulated and it was 86 degrees. Took forever to cool off.

I rated a 2 because of the cleanliness of the room I found hair knot on the floor, the shower curtain was dirty. A little be of dust and the room smelled like wet towels.

The room was clean and sparce. One day the cleaners forgot to make up the beds.

Good stay, nice room and staff. No elevator though. Also had no luck getting refund on one night less stay- frustrating but I went through a 3rd party booking

I liked this hotel alot! We were in town for a concert. The guy at the front desk was wonderful and made checking in a breeze. The room my daughter and I shared was clean and spacious. Hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good too and I would stay here again if I'm in the area. As a matter of fact, I'll be in Florida in a few days, and I've booked a room to stay at a Best Western there. I'm hoping my time there will be as pleasant as this one was.
