Front desk help was very kind and helpful. Especially Herman.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was disappointing. The room had a lot of dust accumulated, inside the wardrobe next to the minibar, beside the safe, inside the drawers... behind the armchairs and so on. I was disappointed. The pillows had odours. I don't know if I will stay here again in the future.

It’s a great property, well located and quiet, friendly staff. A pool and a small gym are available. The WIFI works well.

It is a good property and livly place to stay. Gym is less equipped and they should invest more machines in the gym.

The hotel is a little outdated, but it was clean and the room was spacious. It is between the airport and downtown Lisbon, so it was convenient to commute.

The staff speak good English I have stayed here twice now and it's a great place. It's clean quiet and not far from the city center with a lot of amazing food options. I definitely would stay here again.

This hotel is caring and helpful. It is not new but it has all you need. It has become a second hole to me whenever I am in Lisbon.

The air conditioning didn’t work. Staff tried to fix it. Took to long to rectify the problem.
