The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff.

AC did not work. Staff was god and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were a bit tight but the main problem was noise through the windows.

Property was suitable for a short stay. While old and a bit tired it was comfortable.

It’s a handy place to stay for the airport and the room was clean and spacious. It’s a long way from Biarritz centre and on the edge of an industrial estate

My main complaint was about the lack of a twin room. I was traveling with my daughter and took great pains to reserve twin rooms rather than double rooms. Despite my reservation showing "multiple beds," there was only one double bed in our room. The staff was unable (or unwilling) to find a twin room for us. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and the facilities basic but adequate.

The hotel was located in a convenient location with good parking. It was clean and comfortable. I will consider to stay there again.

The woman at reception was extremely friendly and helpful because we arrived a little early and she accommodated us.
