Great staff and clean property

The room was full of dust and very very old. The hot water was not hot enough.

The staff at the reception was friendly. But why send us a mail the day before our arrival saying looking forward to welcoming you, come and try our delicious food: but on arrival we found out the restaurant is closed at the weekend so we had to drive to town( after a long drive already) to find a restaurant? Not impressed.

Booking one of the major budget-friendly motel chains in France can be a bit of a lottery...some of them are grubby, located in industrial areas and very noisy. This Campanile was a delight however, with a large room, very comfortable bed and large bathroom. The attached restaurant was also good and the service was attentive and friendly. Parking was freely available just outside the roome. Recommended.

useful before an early flight from the local airport

Good, and near enough to Grenoble to get in and out for sightseeing.

I just wanted an overnight stay before heading up to the french alps for a skiing holiday.The best way I can describe this venue so that everyone will understand. It is the same format as a american motel. staff efficient and polite. very good breakfast buffet for 10 Euros.Dinner is also available for a price.Room very clean . very good for a cheap overnight.stay.

Great hotel. Great bed. Lovely warm room. Very quiet. Room now a bit dated and a re-vamp would do no harm but the restaurant is great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is industrial but therefore easy to find and the local Gendarmerie take all their meals there so its super safe also. As lons as the price is right I would have no hessitation in staying there again.

This was our third over night stay on a drive from Spain to Switzerland. We truely enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We went by car from Poland to the conference which was held partly in Grenoble and partly at Villard de Lans - 40km away . The hotel is located in Moirans which is about 10km from Grenoble borders, so if you traveling by car you have to count in a hudge traffic :) But, despite of this the location is pretty ok, it is close the main street, but far enough not to hear the cars passing by. It is dog friendly and has a big garden outside. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Rooms are not very big, but each one has it own air conditioning and heating so you can set the temperature to your needs. The equipment is rather old but it is not dirty. Parking is free of charge and there is an in-room Wi-Fi but it works very, very slow.. Hotel has it's own restaurant and serves breakfasts. In the evening it is open only from 7pm till 10pm (like most of restaurants there..). Over all comparing price to conditions it is really OK.

Had an early flight so this hotel is nice, close to the airport, great service and good price.

One night stop over, comfortable, clean and good restaurant

Stayed overnight between Alps and Grenoble airport. Staff evening and morning were very good, fresh, crisp and clean, restaurant atmosphere a bit quiet but food was better than expected and good value.

For car traveller, a well located hotel on adjacent to small quiet industrial area. Good restaurant with another a few metres away. Great for autoroutes and access to mountains. Rooms clean , simple, functional, air conditioned and quiet. Good value for money.

Fuite sur le robinet de la baignoire, on ne pouvait pas s'en servir, probleme de fuite dans les canalisations donc chasse d'eau qui se tire seule toutes les 10 min toute la nuit, on a demandé à avoir une chambre le plus calme possible et notre chambre donnait directement sur l'autoroute et fenetre avec verrou cassé donc fermeture pas hermétique (chambre bruyante ) très déçue pour un campanile le 1er classe à côte aurait ete mieux.
