un accueil comme nous avons jamais eu dans un hôtel, vraiment vous avez une équipe en OR, très chaleureux et à l’aise avec ses clients, vraiment merci, et passez de bonnes fêtes de fins d’année !

The room is clean and tidy.

L’équipe est à l’écoute et très amiable. En revanche le système de chauffage est bruyant et peu efficace. La fenêtre qui ferme mal n’aide pas. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains.

Staff very helpful, kind, knowledgable. Parking available = extremely helpful. In easy walking distance to center of Rouen. Cute inner court yard. Very good breakfast. Best if your room is not facing the busy street but windows keep the noise out. All in all very happy!

Staff was very helpful! About a 10 minute walk to the old town. Rooms are small, but the bed and shower were great.

What started out as a wonderful stay needed so badly. Our bathtub wouldn’t drain after the first night and so we let the front desk know. After being gone all day it was not fixed. The morning we were checking out a maintenance man walked into the room unannounced and then opened the bathroom door of which I, a lady, was in no shape to be walked in on!! I was hollering at the invasion not know what was happening, I grabbed the door handle and shooed him out. The hotel offered to pay our $14 parking ticket as compensation. It sucks because it was a cute place well located but definitely under staffed and very small rooms.

Good bed, polite and friendly staff, nice breakfast and well located. Tiny room! For that reason, and the overall standard of the building and lack of soundproofing I don’t get the rating of 4 stars. 3 stars I think.

Excellent value. Very nice location near old Rouen. Appreciate parking on site but devilish 90 degree turn to get in that was barely manageable in our small car.

The stay was to break a long journey north it was ideal, a comfortable hotel within Rouen, which itself has a great deal of history.

Very helpful staff, room was clean and secure parking available. Close to the city centre with lots to see and do. Would recommend.

Marred by a fire alarm at 0230. Rooms are small and really need renovation, particularly bathrooms. Surrounded by noisy roads albeit in a good position near the river. Garage expensive and a nightmare to get anything but the very smallest vehicle into it. Breakfast ok although the scrambled eggs weee lumpy and almost cold. We would not stay here again.

Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend
