It was the worst experience. The photos offer a very nice atmosphere, but upon arrival, the worst. I think the price is too high for the location of the hotel. I had to move hotels because it was the worst experience.

The stay it’s pleasant, but it’s an old Hotel need to renovate all room's immediately !!!

We were in a suite facing the beach, everything about the room was great. Small kitchenette. The ac worked great. No issues at all. Definitely recommend this place.

Only one restaurant for the whole Property, bad food, I had time share on this Hotel for 25 years many years ago and on those years they used to have 3 restaurants and the service for guests used to be a lot better

Lovely quiet and peaceful place.

The property had a great view of the ocean and the islands. After a few bumps after check in, we were moved to another room and we liked it better. For the price they charge, the property should be better maintained. The room was not very clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The safe box was broken. We were promised a new one but never got one. After we demanded a new room, we were moved to a new one. The safe box worked but the fridge did not. I don't think i will stay here again. Expefia should do a better job monitoring the properties advertised in your app.

Staff at the front desk has terrible customer service. Room was is terrible shape. Leaking a/c unit puddles of water all over the floor. Also ceiling was leaking. I informed the front desk about my concerns and no personnel went to check the room . Also a/c was terrible

Second time staying here & I just love it. So convenient, beautiful views, tidy rooms & very wide space ranged rooms as well. Love the staff here very friendly & accommodating. My favorite part is the pool & bar.

Food was mediocre at best, bed hard and uncomfortable

Beds were hard. Parking was across the street. You leave your car across the street then have to cross the busy street.

Rooms had too many mosquitos. No cold water in room plus the pool had only hot water in it.

Do not stay at the hotel on the weekends. The hotel is overcrowded with locals on the Fri afternoons through Sunday afternoon
