One receptionist just stared at me without saying anything, and I wasn't sure if it was okay to go in front of her, but later the other receptionist kindly told me to come over, which I was relieved to hear. That person's service was truly wonderful.
However, the first receptionist should have known I was checking in because I was carrying luggage, but I felt uncomfortable because she just stared at me without saying anything.
On my way to my room, I bumped into several foreign cleaning staff, but they didn't even say hello, didn't move out of the way, and instead crossed the room listlessly, seemingly listening to music and keeping to the rhythm.
Are cleaning staff not considered a quality service? I wondered if this was even a motel.
When I tried to fill the water container for the air purifier, there was black mold growing in the container. Please forgive me.
Other than that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very nice!
