We got a suite with a king bed and a sofabed in a connecting room. Both rooms were clean. AC operational, a must during a heatwave. The one down side was only q out of the two elevators were working.

Well located, staff friendly. Has 2 lifts, one was permanently out of order. The other kept breaking down.. which lead to anxiety as was on the fourth floor

Stayed for the 1 night as a needed to get away from stress and work. Check in was quick and easy, staff explained services like parking, restaurant and access to room very well. Lift was out of order which for someone who works in hospitality, can relate to how frustrating that can be. Room was big and spacious, handy with an 8 year old with a lot of energy, Restaurant was nice, good selection of food, and for price too, only criticism would be was warm, due to lack of air conditioning, which again might be technical fault, which can't fault the staff or food quality. Checking out was straight forward too so was a very good night away.

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Just a short walk to Cardiff Bay and a short taxi ride to Cardiff shopping centre. Free parking was a really good bonus and the air con in the room was terrific over the last few days when we had a really comfortable 3 nights sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel close to Cardiff bay with free parking. Place is clean and tidy and staff are good. Only complaint was the temperature of the room. A/c claimed to be working, but I'm not convinced it cooled it to the 19 degrees it was promising. Had to remove the 10.5 tog duvet from the cover and sleep in just the cover.

Toilet area has a very strong smell of urine

Parking was good but generally a tired hotel (not really 4* in my opinion). The Cardiff Bay is also seems to getting somewhat neglected.

Great stay. Helpful and friendly staff, car parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of choice at breakfast in a nice environment. Comfy beds, quiet room desoite being near a main road. The only thing is, bring shower gel. We didn't have sufficient in the small pack provided for 2 showers per person.

Room, Staff, Parking great only problem experienced fried breakfast was COLD, receptionist informed and noted.

Business trip, forced to provide personal credit card to cover anything billed to the room despite me not requiring anything. I was informed when I questioned the policy that if a personal credit card was not provided, refusal of accommodation would be enforced. Felt like the Ryanair of the hotel world.

Quick and easy check in. Have previously stated here many times and have never had a bad experience, which is why we return. Parking on site is free and the people are lovely. Lift did stop whilst we were in it, but managed to get the doors to open and we continued down the stairs

We had a wonderful stay at Future Inn. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their friendly and professional service made us feel valued throughout our stay. We would happily stay at Future Inn again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Convenient location to the bay with free parking. Spacious rooms. Bathroom floors could do with a bleach or enzyme mopping. Good choice at breakfast. Staff helpful. Looking forward to coming back

Lots of parking, front desk staff were very friendly and answered all queries.

Hotel was very nice the only problem we had that we along with others were having problems with key cards not allowing entry to room having to go back to reception on two occasions- however the staff were excellent in assistance with the matter.

Really quite dated inside… but very clean and everthing worked. Staff attentive- easy to park. Rooms bright, beds comfy, hot water very hot (this is good) and towels were soft. Was only there for one night after a gif so didn’t have breakfast but people seemed happy enough.

Lovely stay. Staff and accomadation.
