Excellent room layout, spacious, clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Yo be honest even I pulled into the parking lot it looked like a “Motel 6” and the lobby is pretty shabby. I almost cancelled the reservation but I had read reviews and people were pleased with the place. Lo and behold the room was huge and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Glad I stayed and the price was very cheap.

Good reliable hotel

The room was clean and recently updated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the location was outstanding for the price. Very easy 10 minute drive to downtown Newport and the mansions.

The staff is amazing, and the location is convenient. However, it was overpriced for what it was, especially the small bathroom, no counter space, and the door couldn't even open all the way; it hits the toilet. The updated floors made it feel cleaner; overall, it wasn't dirty, just old. The doors and walls were thin, and the room was very noisy. Also, concerning that one day after returning, the room had been cleaned, but the door was not shut tight, and anyone could have entered.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Big room, big bathroom. Breakfast surprisingly was included.

Good location to Newport. Quick drive/Uber. Hot water went out during morning of departure.

It was terribly noisy from highway thru the night, considering the motel wasnt full, why give rooms with windows going towards highway to guests? Window locks were broken (for first floor room with window going towards highway/mall), so didnt feel very safe either.

The accommodations were fine - nothing special but functional and mostly clean. However, the bathroom smelled badly of body odor. I asked the front desk person to address it and he went to the room and told me it didn’t smell. I asked that it be addressed. I left for a few hours, came back, and the smell was there. Made this a poor experience.

For the ultra busy Newport area, the price was right!

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Easy to access stores and restaurants. We were on first floor and window opened, but didn't have a lock on it. We could hear upstairs guests at night and morning. Breakfast was available, but most was high carb foods like cereal, pastries, and waffles. Yogurt and coffee/juice were available too For the price and location, it was a good stay for one night.

Great value! Updated rooms. Would recommend. Breakfast options were enough. Hot/cold. Room with laminate floors. Seemed clean. Fridge/microwave in room. Nicely appointed bathroom with mounted soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Everything worked! TV was tricky with no guide. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in desk had area map, with area brochures in foyer. Vending machine with snacks-laundry-personal needs. Supermarket convenient across the street. Washer/Dryer available. Close to mansions.
