This hotel is in the middle of nowhere - it was very hard to find it if you do not speak language or do not have GPS. Impossible in the night. Property is closed at 9pm and there is no Staff or receptionist inside and nobody will let you in. If there is emergency the guest is trapped inside with no way out and nobody will help him/her. My plane was late and I had to sleep at rental car because of that. Director of the property Mrs. Zdenka Tejkalová answer at my complain saying in short "it is what it is. We charged you anyway". My warning - never, ever use this hotel. I travelled over hundred times fro Tokyo to Rio de Janeiro and never had this kind of problem. Horrible, unpleasant and very danger experience.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was unexpectedly extraordinary and efficient. The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. (We didn't even hear the trains in our rooms.) It also makes the price unbeatable. Our two bedroom suite (three beds with fans) was clean and comfortable. The check-in online through the Alfred app and in-person was simple and efficient. The restaurant has delicious fried cheese and breakfast has more variety than a typical continental breakfast. There is secure parking in the courtyard, as well as good seating for drinks and a playground for kids. An extra kudos to Susanne, who facilitated our check-in, gave us valuable guidance to get around, and even saved some extra eggs for my children's breakfast!

The hotel is some distance from the city centre but is served by excellent bus and rail links, both being a short walk away. The area is very quiet. The hotel is very clean, staff were all welcoming and polite. I had a single room which was simple in set up but was everything I needed. It was clean with fresh towels and bed linen. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was European buffet style and was simple but did the job. They have a small bar with good beer and a small menu. I had 'Tacos' which was actually a chicken wrap, very tasty and a great price. I would recommend the hotel for people who are traveling light and don't mind utilising Prague's excellent transport system.

Good place to stay since the train was very close. But not the safest place since after 9pm no stuff are there.

Had booked for three nights left after one night. Had to book another hotel in Prague after the locals started picking up chairs and throwing glasses about. Had to leave as we didn’t feel safe in this hotel.

The hotel was nice enough and the guy on the counter was lovely. He went out of his way to be helpful. The hotel was a long way out from the city but the uber were very affordable. The food served by the kitchen from their dinner menue was delicious.

The hotel room was quite different to the one appeared in photos on Expedia site. While driving from Munich to Prague we booked this motel by looking to the picture as we supposedly to be late for check In anyway, upon arrival at the hotel the owner, who was at the front desk showed us our room. To our surprise the room looked very different and dated compare to the posted photos on Expedia, not to mention cockroaches running on the carpet on the hallway which is not an inviting place to be...When we complained to the owner about the room condition, the hotel owner was not even bothered and not ready to listen to our concerns and later offered us to cancelled our booking if we didn't like the place, which was very frustrating as we were stuck at 11.00pm in a new country and not familiar with anything around this we decided to stay overnight and leave first thing in the morning. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone base so on my experience...

We were traveling by car, but wanted to spend 3 nights in or around Prague, where parking could be a problem. Hotel Svornost was a perfect choice, with ample free parking and a cheap, quick train (25 minutes) into downtown Prague. Staff was friendly and helpful, conversant in English. Great breakfast buffet, too!

Friendly and helpful staff (limited English); freshly painted and furnished. Had a lovely restaraunt where we ate delicious meals drank local wine and beer for very inexpensive price. They had a seven piece jazz band playing that night and quite a few locals came to dine and dance. It was a beautiful night to be a part of. Lovely dance floor with tables around the edge of the room. The motel room was very quiet, in spite of the jazz band playing. The furniture in the rooms was solid and attractive. Our bedding and the floor we were on did smell a bit of cigarette smoke, though our kids were on the top floor and could not smell it. On the stair well, the walls are decorated with pictures and there are an attractive arrangement of pot plants and interesting pieces of furniture. On the top floor the room our kids had was quite spacious and had a separate living room from the bed room and bath room. Breakfast, included in the price, a self-serve buffet with wide range of choice. We asked at reception about the best way to get to the centre and were told the train and given a map. A very short walk down a lane to the railway station, only three stops into the centre of Prague (took 15 minutes and cost a very small amount) We walked to the old town centre, across the fabulous Charles Bridge to the Palace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague and at the Hotel Svornost and highly recommend it. A lot of effort has been made to make the hotel pleasant and comfortable

The personal of the hotel was perfect. Room is ok. But with three kids without air conditioner in 38 degree it was very hard to even enter the room. I think this is not so unusual feature, air conditioner , so every self-respecting hotel should have it. In addition the WiFi is very weak - only really usable near the reception, what is the problem to put more routers ( yes I know that I came to Prague not to for WiFi). Location is good - three station on local train till Prague center, but I would suggest to drive till any P+R and take metro. But if one don't care about hot weather and weak WiFi this is very good hotel.

We found the hotel accomodating, bit worn but enjoyed our stay. The restaurant isvery reasonably priced and food was good. Front desk went out of their way to assist us even walking over with me to buy the train tickets.

Overall, this place was just fine. Typical small, old, European hotel. Good things: free parking, breakfast included (though very limited offerings: breads, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and a few weird tiny sausages), and a very helpful woman who worked at the front desk who was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Bad things: not very close to the city center, the dog across the street barked a lot and it was necessary to keep the windows open due to no AC, a VERY dour waitress at the hotel restaurant. Probably because of the language barrier, she messed up our drink order and gave me the stink eye when I tried to explain the error so I just said "it's ok" and made my mom keep her beer, rather than the water she'd ordered, just because the waitress was so crabby and I was too tired from the drive to keep trying to correct the error. Maybe it's because I was very exhausted from a long day of driving and sightseeing in Nurnberg, but having this very negative experience within the hour of arriving at Hotel Svornost truly rubbed me the wrong way. But it's overall a decent place and I did feel very safe in this area.

This littlehotel satisfied all of our expectations. We did not want a fancy hotel in the middle of the city. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. It is also colse to a train stop that takes you to the main central station which is within walking distance of Old Town. The hotel dining room has excellent food. The atmosphere is absolutely charming. I would stay there again if I go back to Prague.
