Very professional and kind staff. I had an injury while in Paris (not at the hotel). The staff helped me with the injury and called a doctor to evaluate me. Also, the rooms were impeccable and details accounted for every need. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Experience – Will Not Return Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The service at the front desk was particularly disappointing — the staff came across as argumentative and unprofessional, at times even bordering on rude. This set a negative tone for the entire stay. Given the poor customer service, we do not plan to return and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The proximity to the Metro and numerous restaurants is excellent. I especially enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely consider staying at Petit Oberkampf again.

The hotel was lovely, small but perfectly formed. In an area which felt very safe with lots of options for food and drink, from breakfast to dinner. Short walk to Metro so could get around the city easily. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

The staff was so kind and very accommodating for English speakers. The location was in a very safe area, that was walkable to nearby shops and public transportation. My room was small but very clean. This trip was all around amazing because of this hotel! Thank you to the staff!

This was a lovely little boutique hotel for our stay in Paris. We enjoyed the personal friendly service of the staff with their attention to detail. The entire place was very clean and neat. The breakfast buffet & small bar were both great for us! We would stay there again!

Lovely boutique property, finished to a high standard and with very friendly staff. Good continental breakfast and an excellent selection of gin at the bar - with a knowledgable barman to tempt us in to trying more!

Love this hotel so much I wished I stayed longer. Location, cleanliness and service are all great! The only downside is there is no fridge in the room but that’s just a minor issue. We enjoyed the complimentary spa access that is private and very much needed after those days of walking.

Awful experience. I booked 4 nights in a Classic Double Room and got the most depressing hotel room I've ever seen. It is a tiny, dark room in the ground floor with one small window into a public patio and direct view of the lobby, so very little privacy. In my opinion, this room could be used for storage or as a back office, for sure not for guest accommodation. The room and the bathroom are very different from the photos and no photo on Expedia or the hotel website showed this room. The room has a tiny desk and a sagging chair, both unusable. There is no armchair and no floor space for an armchair - note that the hotel removed the armchair photo from the Classic room following my complaint to Expedia, practically admitting that the armchair photo was misleading (other misleading photos remain). I could not agree to stay in this room and the receptionist told me the only other available room was much more expensive. I left the hotel and contacted Expedia for a refund but the hotel told them it was "a correct and proper Classic Double Room" and refused to refund. Instead of enjoying my stay I was left humiliated, distressed and sad and short $1,500. I feel I was defrauded and my money was stolen.

Vet cute hotel, with a nicely appointed room. I had the single room (which is indeed small compared to American hotel rooms but it is exactly as it looks in the photo). It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. And my room didn't face the street so it was remarkably quiet for a Paris hotel room in a busy neighborhood with lots going on. And the location was perfect. I walked to all the sightsin the Marais and the coffee and boulangerie options are plentiful.

Quaint & cute boutique hotel with nice amenities like breakfast, bar, spa, courtyard garden. Very clean and warm staff! Would return :)
