Clean rooms.

Great location and service

Very close to supermarkets and a 15 minute walk from the old town but beside some lovely bars too especially the galway bar which is right underneath the hotel. The staff were absolutely outstandng, accommodating an provided that WOW factor. Room was clean and just beautiful with some stunning views

Staff were lovely, hotel is so clean and stylish. In a great location.

Rooms were clean, there were small damages on plaster etc which are easy fixes. The shower door was difficult to navigate as it opened towards the toilet, would be difficult for larger people. The room was very hot the first night even with the heating off. Staff advised there is heating within the walls which was set to 27 degrees and then this was turned down and resolved. They offered a fan if needed, but was fine after. Room had great views of the mountain (room 301) nice and quiet too. Staff were very helpful and lovely, good knowledge of the area too. Hotel is in a good location of Innsbruck and it is a lovely city. Did not use spa or breakfast but looked good. Thanks for a lovely stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Room was nice, lots of character. Location is ideal for those studying or keen to stay in the centre of town. Skip the pricey breakfast; overall selection is pretty poor and not really worth it in my view.

We loved our stay! Hotel is very charming and well appointed. The staff was very more knowledgeable about the city and activities. We could’ve stayed there for much longer and enjoyed every benefit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and mountable. In the location of the hotel is ideal and proximity to the nut, museums, Palace, and public transport. We just left this hotel!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. But the kettle in the room was leaking all over the place.

We stayed over Christmas. Great room with a great view. The staff were all super friendly and even hand delivered Christmas greetings with a present. ❤️🎄 This hotel is super central, with a lovely bar on the ground floor and a roof with a great view (no bar on the roof though). When we arrived they gave us a local travel card for free. Can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Room was superb (suite) with real log fire. Would stay again. Good breakfast and plenty options close by for alternatives to eat and good location near city centre and train station. Easy bus journey to and from airport.
