Really not a Marriott level property. Unfinished walls and ceilings. No AC or even a simple kettle in the room. So much for calling themselves a 3 star hotel

Front desk was nice. Room was acceptably clean. Issues? The room looks and feels like a prison cell, seriously. No artwork, almost no furniture, battleship grey walls, the closet is a pipe bolted to the wall, etc. Shower sprays all over the floor, terrible design. Cheap towels. No air conditioning, no blackout curtains... In the summer the room is hot, open the windows and on a busy steet so tons of noise. And completely lit up with sunlight until 11PM. Just a really bad and depressing room all around. Find something better.

Room 418 for family was excellent with split door. Nothing fancy but good enough. Hotel clerk was excellent to give us this room instead of the one with just a wall split.

Struttura estremamente basic. Il check-in è self-service. Camera funzionale ma senza bollitore. E' fuori dal centro e serve la macchina.

we got in late and there was no one at the front desk to help us check in. We had to check in over a computer screen which is not what you want to do when it's late and you are tired. Everything else about the hotel was basically good. The room was a little small and felt like an unfinished concrete box as that's what it basically was. But the next morning the staff were very nice, and the breakfast which came with the room was quite good.

The check-in worked perfectly with the machine. Later when we arrived seperatly I was able to get and extra keycard from the machine. It was great.

Whilst checking in, the system was convenient. However the parking system at the hotel is absolutely inadequate. The receptionist never told us we needed to get a permit at the hotel and I received two parking tickets in which is ridiculous. I complained to the parking officer and the hotel and they said the ticket wil be cancelled. If communication was clearer this could have been avoided. Customer service is very limited and poor. The room was very clean the beds were not comfy but ok for a obe night stay.

The hotel was very friendly and very convenient.

VERY BIG room! Unfinished concrete walls was a bit of a surprise compared to the UK but didn’t detract from our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

There is only 2 lifts and only 1 lift is working when I check-in. The next day both lifts are out of order. There is also a heavy door to open to enter the lift. Need to wait almost 1 hour for the lift to work and by then near 11 am everyone is rushing to check out. There is no staff at the desk most of the time.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the hotel and it was unbearably hot at night. The location is near bay roads so too noisy to have the windows open. The staff were very helpful and did get a fan but it didn’t help that much. Although a basic/budget hotel it should still allow guests to be comfortable.

Easy digital check in with free car parking but staff were available to help if needed. Good clean room. Surrounding area not great but we ended up just using it as a base for the Lake District and it worked well
