Really liked this hotel. Friendly staff, and nicely decorated clean rooms. Great Asian buffet restaurant opposite.

Horrible and very dirty place...Going to send pictures and complain today... disgusting.. In this time of covid this hotel need to be shut down.. will ask for money back...got stoked there no time to book other hotel... Very misleading picture on website...to avoid at any cost..Beware... Service..lol none rude and no customer attentions..

it was good stay for me. Easy to go Paris and to see the my client.

We find the location of the hotel far from Paris, We spend a bout 2:30 using metro and bus, every day for transportation from the hotel to the city and back.

No food available in the evening, but numerous restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Supermarket nearby but no good restaurants around.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Each time the staff would knock on my room’s door and right away open my room door. They would yell, ‘it is noon time to vacate the room’. The problem is that I would have at least one night left on my booking... not sure why they do this each time!!!

I like Kyriad hotels. They are classier than Premier Inns and offer a good level of service and accommodation. This one in Le Mans is out of the main town, but is only a 25 min walk away from the main town square where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Parking is easy, rooms are of a good standard and reasonably well equipped. Will stay here again.

The service was great. Room was ordinary, updated, and clean. They spoke some english, and promptly called taxis for me.

A little far from center Paris, it's still convenient due to public transit BUS and Metro.

The hotel was clean and good, but the location is quite far away for tourist from mid Paris for tourists. You take the underground until the 2nd last stop on the line and a bus from there to the hotel. With baggage, it is not so convenient.

Very very slow.
