Absolutely loved this hotel! Beautiful decor and ambience, super-polite staff, comfortable rooms and a very generous, delicious breakfast.

Noise late at night from people outside and around in the parking lot, and cleaning crew early in the morning making noises.

Nice hotel, conveniently located close to the major attractions and to the central bus/train stations. They had good breakfast options, and even packed a box for me as I had to leave early.

The hotel was clean and close to the city. We were on the 6 th floor. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower. Even though it was located on a busy street with construction work around the corner, we could barely hear it . Wish the hotel had airport pick up .

Only there for one night but delighted to get a genuine upgrade to a suite! A very comfortable stay in a grand old art deco hotel. Good walkable location for both the old town and the train station. Extensive breakfast selection. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A hotel with old world charm, we absolutely loved our stay here. From a beautiful lobby with a piano playing on its own, very friendly staff, a wonderful room and incredible breakfast. Location is close to the train station and main shopping area. We couldn't fault this hotel and would stay again!!!

Friendly, informative, helpful front desk staff. Fabulous included breakfast. Very good location. Small room by American standards, but that's not a bad thing. Only mention it for information. Would happily stay there again on another trip.

Hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from main train station, main bus station was about a 20 minute walk. Close to a tram stop at the train station which made it easy to use public transportation around the city. Also, very walkable to main tourist attractions, 10-15 minutes. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean, good hot shower. Breakfast included was great, many choices & tasty.

The hotel staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Their parking lot was easy to find. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. With a large variety of tasty selections, we really liked their breakfast. The price was very reasonable.
