Great location, clean and comfortable. The hotel is dated but still clean and functional. Right next to Soo locks, location is great.

This is a great old hotel with friendly responsive staff that could use some investment. I also miss the restaurant but there is good walking and other options

Nice hotel, it does NOT have a continental breakfast, it has some pre-packaged pastries - worthless. Coffee was cold at 7AM. Internet was flakey which messed with the TVs as well since they would keep disconnecting or running slow. Had to hard reboot TVs a couple of times to reset them to connect to the network properly. Parking lot has steep angle, they need a dedicated loading/unloading area. The bed was super high, almost needed a step stool. The place was very clean and nice overall. Not a lot of good options in that area so would possibly stay there again despite the issues.

I found the rooms unfriendly, sterile and small. The staff unfriendly. The continental breakfast a joke, limited at best. The staff was unfriendly and uninterested. 3 night stay and the second day the bed was not made, there was barely any toilet paper left and no refill available. Parking was fine. Holiday had a better offering

My room was super clean and when Inturned in the hot water in either the sink or shower it was hot almost immediately, didnt have to wait for the hot water to get there.

The staff were hard to locate and had to wait several minutes for someone at the front desk. They charge for a late check out.

The hotel is very nice. The location is great. It’s downtown close to shops, restaurants, and the Soo Lock Park is right across the street. My only complaints are the beds are hard and I prefer a soft mattress, there were no wash clothes and only one hand towel. Maybe that’s thing now, not sure, but I like a wash cloth to shower with. 😀I also loved that the windows opened so I could hear the ships going through the locks.

Enjoyed the fact it is right next to the locks.

We would really like to see their restaurants reopen. We always enjoyed eating there. Also would like to see more handicap parking. 2 spots are not sufficient for an aging population. On the whole, we love this place and will be returning. Thank you.

Hotel solid two star. Dont expect anything real nice. Close to Soo locks is the best thing it had going for it. It is SSM so not a lot of nice choices.

Liked being next to the locks. Easy access to restaurants. Continental breakfast is not up to standard. Sugared cereals and packaged muffins. Inadequate seating.

Parking was made easy.

Loud noise. No air venting so window had to be open to very loud music and motorcycles throughout our sleepless night!

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Ojibway. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. If you want to be near the Soo Locks and the tourist shops you can’t beat the location. The park was across the street. Our suite was huge. A bit dated in some items, but very nice. We stopped in the downstairs pub to unwind after a busy day, which was very convenient.

When we checked in. We noticed that the towels and wash cloths had no been changed. We notified the front desk and they brought new ones
