It's great, with large, comfortable, and luxurious rooms. The amenities are great, and the lobby has a minimart. However, it's a long way from the airport, and the free shuttle only runs until 9:00 PM.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful when checking in.

Near the airport. Very nice onsen including a restaurant. Rooms were very good, a little tired but spacious. We didn't like the breakfast. There is enough to choose, but everything is of poor quality and not very tasty. When we left really early, we had to miss breakfast and we asked for a breakfast box and we got really nice warm, just made onigiri on request. These were super! The personnel are mega friendly and really helpful. And we love the fact that they have a shuttle to the airport and that there is a bus that drops you off in front of the entrance. We can totally recommend this hotel. Sadly, the outdoor pool was closed and the indoor pool asked for a bath cap which we didn't have. Enjoy

It's near to the Narita airport, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to - and from hotel to the airport. The room is cozy and quite large. Bathtub is also available, :-) which is in many hotels is no longer available, or bathtub is a luxury! We stayed 5 days there.

Kao Nid Nid Hotel has a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. And from the hotel to Keisei Railway Station - AEON Mall. Overall, okay, just a short distance to the airport and find a bit of difficult food.

I had a nice stay at Radisson Narita, there’s a free shuttle from narita airport. The shuttle is available for going to AEON mall. Staffs are nice and very helpful. The room is big but a little bit old.

Highly appreciate, good location, bus hotel available to Narita airport, good staff, clean, comfortable and perfect all. Wish to be here again.

Finding the shuttle wasn’t hard. The room is nice and clean. Would recommend people to stay there too

Nice hotel. beautiful surrounding. clean and super friendly staff. free shuttle bus to airport and aeon shopping mall. food serve in restaurant not so tasty especially western menu.

I can not say much because I only stayed here for a few hours. But as far as I'm concerned, his service is satisfactory, the location is about 20min by the airport and the cleanliness is sufficient.
