Amazing breakfast! Loved the fresh orange juice and the receptionist, everyone was very kind and friendly! E Will go again!

Room was lovely. We had a balcony view to the sea. The hotel is a mix of old and new. The restaurant was perfect for dinner. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There are places to eat nearby and a big grocery store. Very nice place.

We had read the mixed reviews about the hotel and after staying there are more positives than negatives - good location , lovely pool area and sea terrace, helpful staff, comfortable bed , excellent housekeeping however the hotel does need some updating and parts need cleaning such as the lift windows and balcony furniture , more choices for eggs at breakfast would be nice . Overall we really enjoyed our stay

The staff are friendly, breakfast is great and the overall stay was pleasant. The catch is, you have to pay 20 eu per person to access the ocean swimming area. This felt really scammy. If I had known before booking, our family of 4 might have styayed somewhere else since this raised our daily hotel cost 80 eu per day more than it should have been.

There is a carnival permanently right there. It was loud and we ordered a room with two beds and got one!

Booked Hotel Nettuno for a four day break, knowing we'd have a busy weekend prior our stay, we chose Nettuno because there was a pool. After checking in on the 7th Oct, we were told the pool closed for the season on Oct the 1st. The rooms were clean albeit a bit dated, the shower cubicle was very small. Staff were friendly and helpful. The closest sandy beach was approx 1hour 30min walk There is a small harbour where you can swim approx 15 min walk towards Catania, water is very clean and locals seemed friendly.

Hospitality does not exist / ( the girls and boys during breakfast yes ) well done Swimming pool was closed although it’s 30 c Celsius No chairs no towels bar open at 8 euro for a small becks ( Niki beach st barths ? I don t think so ) Across the road in the Lodi it’s 4 euro Get your act together and don fool people

Quiet, lovely pool and beautiful view from our room.

No electric jug in our room for making coffee and tea was a nasty surprise, the loss of amenity spoiled this otherwise nice if dated hotel. Great view of the water, but a bit out of town.

Our toilet constantly made noises, the location of Hotel is not in a very nice area……the restaurant was good, breakfast had lots of choices, just wish they opened earlier than 8:00 for dinner

Air conditioning advertised on Hotel.com. We arrived in the evening and the weather was warm and humid. The room AC was set at 25c. There was an option to adjust the temperature and you can hear the AC begin to make sounds that air was blowing after decreasing the temperature to 17. That sound of activity from the AC after lowering the thermostat would stop after 2 minutes. I kept trying to figure out how to keep the AC running but nothing worked. I finally got a hold of the receptionist at midnight because the room was uncomfortable and a repairman came to the room. He looked like he was attempting to adjust the thermostat. 2 minutes after he left the AC turned off again. Evidently the customer does not have control of the room temperature. The hotel sets the AC temperature in order to save money at the expense of the customer.

Property was clean and safe. Excellent location to walk. Staff was very helpful and kind.
