Our stay here was simply perfect from start to finish and everything in between! Very welcoming and thorough explanation of the hotel facilities at check in, and we were provided with a shower and courtesy room on our departure day as we had a late flight. Our room with a sea view was very spacious and very clean. The swimming pool has plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and has plenty of space around everywhere. The buffet meals were very nice, plenty of choice, high quality, and varied daily. The hotel is only a 20 walk from Estepona Marina and 30 mins walk from the stunning old town which has an amazing choice of restaurants and bars. All of the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only very minor disappointment was the hotel beach, but there is a very nice beach within only 5 mins walking distance towards Estepona. I would very highly recommend this hotel, thank you for our wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel. The staff on reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely, it was huge like a suite !! Everything about this hotel is great, the pool area, the rooms, the breakfast all great. The only minor issue is that the nearest supermarket is about a 15 min walk away and the nearest shop to get water etc is at the petrol station about a 5 min walk. The port is about a 15-20 min walk away and the main town of Estepona a 30 min walk. We would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was very very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's not right in the center of Estepona, but it has a nice pool and access to the beach from the hotel. To the center of Esptepona is about a 40 minute walk

This hotel is wonderful, food drinks staff all great. Shoutout to some of the people that made our stay great Luis, Maria, Eva, the people of the reception. It is a little bit away from the center but the walk is pleasant.

Not enough for family’s and lacking in facilities and entertainment. Too far from town and beach was terrible not like the pictures

The hotel has a great location. Food was ok nothing special. The rooms are dated and need some maintenance. The staff try their best except it is amazing to me there was no free bottle water in the room or robe since it a spa hotel. My massage with Laura was great!

The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and good facilities. Fantastic position right on the beach with direct access. Walking distance to Estepona port. Evening entertainment was a little weak. Main breakfast buffet by 9.30 was total chaos. No crockery, no cleared tables, food not replenished. When brought to the attention of the staff they were completely unresponsive. Buffet dinner a little unimaginative.

Property not to large, rooms good size and with lifts . Variety of eating places. Food good quality. Soft drinks available pool side but coffee only in cafe. 25 minutes walk to Marina and other eateries. Reception very helpful in booking taxi’s and any needs . All staff hard working and friendly.

We enjoyed the week in general, the room , hotel facilities, reception staff were good and it was quiet however, we paid for Privilege and the service was just not in place outside of the room. House keeping was good. - The Lounge food / snacks were poor and left out for too long. - The service by the pool area for breakfast and snacks was so bad, slow, little communication. Just left waiting all week with insufficient people. There were two ladies who tried hard and were friendly, but there was often nobody supporting. - We were not offered a drink at Dinner once, it was unbelievable for a hotel as lost revenue must be huge. Food was good at the buffet. - The BBQ was very poor, we decided to just leave after a poor experience and we both ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhoea, which indicated the food was left outside too long. My wife complained to guest relations on the final day before we left. We were told it would be investigated.

Outstanding hotel with an amazing location on the beach at Estepona. The staff the facilities and the food were excellent. Wonderful three bed room which was large spacious with great air conditioning.

A very nice hotel. Clean, tidy. A bit of a hike to the marina and town centre.

We stayed here when the blackout happened in Spain as our house was still in darkness and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The staff were absolutely brilliant even in an unprecedented situation. The room was spacious and lovely. They have a live act every evening which was great. Honestly the hotel was a little slice of heaven.

Bed a little hard and the pillows very uncomfortable but it’s a lovely hotel good breakfast lovely staff
