Had ants

The personnel working, whether be on the front desk or the ladies cleaning the pool equipment were always the most pleasant. Unfortunately, this go around the weather did not hold up as it basically was raining every day, but our last two out of seven. But at least we didn’t have to get out of Dodge early, so to speak, as we did last fall when the second of those two major hurricanes blew through.

THE FRONT DESK FOLKS WERE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND RESPONSIVE. THEY HAD CONCERN ESPECIALLY RE THE MILTON STORM. ITEMS LEFT UNKNOWINGLY WERE CORRALLED AND MADE READY FOR P/U BY THE MAILBOX GUY - MARK - WHO SUBSEQUENTLY TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS IN GETTING THOSE ITEMS BACK TO US. THE LADIES FOR KEEPING THE COMMUNAL AREAS CLEAN AND TIDY INTERACTED WHEN NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATELY. LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN WHEN WE CAN GET OUT OF OUR CRAZY WORK SCHEDULE.

Lovely stay, beautiful setting

Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.

Quiet, walkable

THE best place to stay with a family. 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, 2 full bathrooms, screened in porch overlooking the backyard and boat ramp. Oh yes, a full kitchen for those forced to cook! Close to numerous dining facilities, free bicycle rentals, beautiful pool and great tiki bar. What more can you ask!

I am always very pleased with my stay . I think it was alittle pricey this time.

This property is right on the water and has it's own dock and pier! Free bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff is super friendly and helpful, espically Jorge! He was as good as it gets! Thanks, Jorge! You went out of your way to make us feel welcome!

We arrived literally during a tornado warning from hurricane Idalia and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Luckily enough, the bad weather went by quckly and we had an amazing time. The resort is gorgeous, it's small and compact and the pool area is lovely. For Naples, it's surprisingly wallet friendly as well.. The apartment is huge, and can easily accommodate 3-4 adults. The beds are comfortable and the balcony is lovely and totally screened. Naples was extremely quiet post Idalia so it's hard to judge the surroundings; you definitely need to have deep pockets to survive in Naples though, it's an eye wateringly expensive place but very beautiful.

The first room the doors in the baron of vanity bathroom was broke,in the kitchen no dishwasher and small bucket lick. I was back to front Desk and desckler change my room. In the new room the A/C was not working,at , I call back to from desk but no body answer the phone. At the end I collect another hotel and rented another room in order to sleep with my family.

Everything was really good, the staff and services were great and I hope to repeat soon.

Property was very clean and staff especially front desk is Mel was super nice. Wish I could have stayed longer
