Facility was very run down

Great breakfast. Rather tired hotel

We went in August, without A/C it was tough to sleep.

The property is in an excellent position in central Rouen. It is a budget option with the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, showing their age. However the linens were clean and the bathroom was very clean and shower worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good. Downside was the lack of aircon in a 30c heat. Staff lovely.

Our room looked out on a very noisy street. The AC didn’t work so we had to keep the windows open. I barely slept. At breakfast, they served the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

Old hotel, but conveniently located and a very good price. Staff were really friendly.

Walking distance from historical sites. Close from train station and Cathedral. Really nice reception, staff is extremely kind and helpful. Very confortable bed. We enjoy our stay.

Location, staff, & service are great. Lights turn off after 8 pm in the reception area. I felt unsafe walking in late at night to a dark hotel. It’s pitch dark in the hallway (4th) until a motion detector lights up. Room itself was roomy & comfortable. Staff was nice when I asked for a replacement of the stained pillowcase. I didn’t realize the towel also had stains. I’m glad I brought my own towel.

The property is older but quaint!! For $64 it is a steal. 4 blocks from the downtown sites

Great location. First room stank of smoke but the quickly moved me to a very nice room and I had a really nice stay. Recommended great value.

Loved the period decor of this excellently situated hotel in the heart of gorgeous Rouen.

Liked the attic room, kept clean and tidy. Less good was the rather basic shower/bath area and tired carpet. Reception staff mixed, no real facilities, e.g bar, lounge.

An older hotel with character and very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our two nights there.

The location of the hotel was perfect and close to all the monuments. It’s was a maximum 10 minute walk to any place. However the hotel needs a renovation. The bathrooms are dated and worn out. In mine the shower head was calcified and water was everywhere. If not for the location and staff the stay would have been less pleasant.
