I booked a room for 4, although we’re 3. Myself and 2 children. Prior to purchasing the trip, I called the hotel twice from the US to ask about the rooms and was told that they are all the same, ie, two twin beds and a pull out sofa double bed. The pictures on the hotel website show that. I found it a bit odd, based on my experience, but accepted it. I booked a room with a pool view. I checked in ahead of time. On arrival, I was given a room for 3 with what could charitably be called a garden view. When I complained, I was told that I was given a better room than I had booked. I insisted and was offered a room in another building. That building had not been renovated. And was also only for 3 people. I was told that nothing could be done that day but I could return to the front desk the following day when the manager would be there to see what could be done. The next morning I returned to the front desk and was again offered a room in the non renovated building. This building is the furthest away from the dining room and entertainment center. Also, no pictures of these rooms are on the hotel website. The room offered did have 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. However, it was small, such that it was nearly impossible to reach the balcony. It allegedly had a pool view. However, the pool was only visible from an edge of the balcony itself. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that nothing else would be offered. And that the manager had said this.

The rooms and amenities are very basic. Good for families, although there are 3 pools, there are not many seats so you have to go early to grab a spot and the area gets packed very quickly!

Nice place to spend time with family, nice pools, food is “ok” however, don’t know why rhey charge the wifi in the rooms

Arrived at the hotel a day late after the airline cancelled our flight and was told the hotel had given our sea view room to another family ( very frustrating) but they sorted another room which turned out to be a better one for us a family of 5. Very good buffet food, loads of choice and different themes most nights. Loads for kids to do and pirate island was a big hit. Evening entertainment was always good. Right on the beach also. Great family holiday.

Property is in fair conditions, needs renovations and maintenance; this property is good for families with kids. Rooms are ok, bathroom needs ventilation because it gets foggy when you shower. It gets a little noisy sometime, we believe the majority of the noise came from housekeeping moving chairs and beds with no care. Restaurant for breakfast is super good and has a lot of options. The view from the top restaurant is stunning. Beach is walking distance; however, the main attractions and best Calas are far away. Parking is spacious and convenient. The property is very big, be prepared to walk a lot to get to the different amenities. In general, a good experience but not sure if we would stay there again, it’s not great for the price.

Excellent structure for family, funny staff and animations. Unfortunately for the children the food is not excellent as expected, no matter if the staff tried to help.

Overall pleasant experience. We enjoyed daily activities, delicious food and closeness to the sea. However, few things for hotel to consider: please activate air conditioning at the guest time of arrival, it was super hot and humid and it took few hours to cool off. Also consider front desk to inform about possibility of booking any extra paid activities. We wish we knew this possibility existed and that you have to reserve everything only Monday-Friday. Overall nice property for children and adults. *Note: transport to property has to be prearranged, there is no offered transport within the booking cost.

WARNING!! Arrived to find there was no kids club. The whole point of booking this place was for kids club - as a single parent of an only child this was supposed to be my chance to get to relax a few hours a day knowing my kid was safe and happy playing with other kids. TV in the room was broken and they didn't send anyone to fix it. An expensive mistake of a holiday tbh

The hotel has a good selection of pools and is on the beach, rooms are a good size, however our bed was poor quality. General cleanliness was no better than average. Good selection was good but the same most days on the whole.

Good location with beach access, clean facilities and well maintained. However, very much family friendly so be prepared for a lot of kids in the pools. Even the adult pool had children.

The staff was very friendly; the rooms and overall resort was very clean. The resort abuts the beach with clear ocean water; it only requires walking down some stairs or ramp. I was only going to stay one night but extended my stay to 4 days. The breakfast buffet was my favorite followed by the lunch buffet. The dinner tasted okay. But overall the all inclusive option is worth it.

Staff especially in kids club/ entertainment very friendly and kids loved them

Right from day one our holiday was perfect.The rooms were clean and comfortable (only flaw was mattresses were a bit hard) and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed at how quickly we were checked in.The lady at the desk was very welcoming. The food was lovely.Lots of choices and although it seemed busy, the turnover was very quick so always found a table (family of 6!). The animacion team were brilliant with the children and put lots of effort in with the entertainment. Finally we were very impressed with photographer Symone and his team.They took some superb photos! We had a great stay, thank you.

The location is fantastic, at a beautiful bay with a lovely beach. The hotel club stretches over a huge area, and everything is kept meticulously clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful; reception staff speak multiple languages! The breakfast area gets very crowded at certain times, especially when the weather doesn't allow for outside seating. Also the gym was too crowded at times; maybe it should be for adults only to reduce the number of guests in there.

Beautifully positioned hotel with a glorious beach. We were lucky with amazing weather and our room was right next to the beach. It is a large complex with buildings of different ages though everywhere seemed well kept at least externally. We went at a quieter time of year. I can imagine it to be really busy in the summer esp at breakfast, but we had a very good experience. Staff who we encountered were lovely and everywhere was spotless.

Love this hotel for the location (on the beach) and the generally fabulous staff. Food also excellent. Juan in reception is the very notable exception. So rude to the point of menacing. Seems to go out of his way to be unpleasant and unhelpful. Thankfully other reception staff are lovely, but really need to do something about Juan.

Great hotel for the kids - 3 pools, a water park and playground next to the beach. Hotel staff were friendly too. Only disappointing things were outdoor pools weren't heated so were absolutely freezing on the days without sun. And our room didnt feel clean (Room 411) and smelt horrible every day because of the drains that the shower were connected too.
