Staff were lovely, breakfast was really nice with loads of selection. Really liked all the common areas available to sit/lounge (lobby, "living room", pool area). Rooms were nice but a little basic/old...perfectly adequate. Location is amazing, right in the middle of the town, 4 mins walk from train station. Would definitely stay here again

Anyone flying into Barcelona for the first time and staying at Hotel Medium Sitges Park should consider taking the hotel shuttle service. It is much less expensive to take the train; however, without knowing the train system it can be a bit confusing. We took the train back to Barcelona to stay for a few days when we left Sitges. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly except Silva; she was a bit rude and dismissive when we were trying to get checked in. I avoided her and found Hector, Christina, and another gentleman much more pleasant. The hotel is deceivingly nice since my expectations were set high; the room was plain but very clean, the terrace is a nice addition, we could see the ocean down the street and a real-life view of what living in Sitges looks like. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a variety of food selections for most cultures. The pool area had a lot of activity, but the pool itself was not crowded. The hotel location is right in the midst of the shopping area with a wonderful mixture of restaurants, cafés, bars, and retail of all kinds, plus a quick walk to the beach/sea front. I would definitely stay here again and looking forward to another trip to Sitges.

It should be called Average hotel. Not medium. It was fine. Not as nice as the pictures. My room was awful tbh. Way overpriced but I also booked last minute high season. I’m not sure I’ll stay there again tho.

Conveniently located near the train station, this lovely hotel has clean and spacious rooms, an inviting reception area with a coastal theme, and a pool oasis (with bar) in the centre of the courtyard. The only issue we had was that our room was located facing the street and it could be noisy at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and it was a short walk to the beautiful beaches and waterfront for scenic alfresco dining.

Bedrooms were an excellent size, the breakfast was delicious and staff around the pool were very friendly, especially the people that works behind the bar. The one downfall was the fact that there were not enough beds to cater for all guests and the scramble to grab a bed at 10 am was quite comical. The location was right in the middle of town surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafés. The noise from next door‘s room however was really awkward as we could hear everything via our toilet which was not great.

Rooms are very dated, sheets and bed hard, plumbing ancient, A/C only cooled room when cranking loud, bathroom muggy from old slat windows that don’t close, walls paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, front desk individuals polite at best. Don’t be fooled by the pictures and waste your money.

The staff were great, the location is perfect. The hotel itself is tired (at least the main building where we stayed), the room is very plain and you can never get a seat at the pool because people wake up, lay their towels out and don’t come back until later.

This place was the perfect holiday retreat. Centrally located, surrounded by excellent restaurants and stores and 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is incredible and the staff is extremely helpful.

The hotel and its staff contributed to a fantastic holiday. For our arrival (with reception staff) through interaction at Breakfast - and at the bar - right though to check out (after 14 days) - everything was a delight. The pool area is quiet, seating some days was easy - other days were busier - but there were always options. Breakfast buffet is unbelievably good.

Good location and helpful staff. Our room was damp as the shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom floor was filthy. A/C not very effective. Sun loungers were reserved with towels early in the day. This should not be permitted. Taxi access to the hotel not possible.

Nice place. Pool is nice but the pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. Still good for a nice relaxing arvo though. Good location, close to everything and close to the beach too.

Lovely small hotel in great position for walking Sitges. Few minutes walk to seafront and just a couple of minutes from bars etc. Rooms overlooking street could possibly be noisy at night but our room overlooked the pool so was quiet. Highly recommended.

Lovely small hotel with adequate very clean rooms. Our room 16 was quite dark and smelled damp... it was comfortable and cool in the very hot summer's heat. Staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent for a 3 star hotel. Pool was fantastic. Lovely salt water pool with plenty of loungers etc. the hotel provided a lounge for those that need to work while away. Fantastic well air conditioned room with lovely tables to work on. Overall I would give this a solid 7.5/10. It's not the Ritz but great for a long weekend or a few days.

Fantastic location, in the centre of everything. Lovely pool and bar area. Staff were fantastic, special shoutout to Hector. Room was nice and clean however a bit small and no views (staring at a wall). From what I could see all other rooms had pool views.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and helpful, though the service felt fairly standard without any personalized touch. I had the chance to stay in two different rooms during my stay, and there was a noticeable difference in quality. The first room, while clean, felt quite worn and lacked proper maintenance — the air conditioning didn’t work, which made things uncomfortable. Thankfully, the second room was much better: fresh, well-maintained, and with perfectly functioning A/C. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around on foot. But without a doubt, the highlight of this hotel is the beautiful inner garden with the pool — a peaceful oasis that’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day. All in all, a good stay, though the experience can vary depending on the room you’re given.
