Hotel central. Rooms clean

Clean Room, Windows need upgrading as ancient, and little sound insulation from street noise, breakfast good, dinner ok - main course was disappointing. Place mats on tables stink / sour smell. Overall a nice mid range hotel, some nice staff - but some room for improvement in the restaurant and with the windows... to minimise noise.

We had a Mediterranean Sea view suite but wished that we would have booked for a Marina view room as we had no sun whatsoever on our balcony. Apart from this the hotel was amazing.

Room was superb, however the cleaners did not close the door fully after cleaning one day. I told reception who did not seem interested, and suggested it was my fault, Shower heads could be improved as they are small

Clean room , though quite noisy. Very nice hotel with good facilities and well placed with direct access to the promenade. Very well assorted breakfast, and well presented and prepared . Nice staff. Over all a very good experience, would come back but not to a ground floor room

Nice enough hotel but rooms require updating. Ikea like furniture, beds hard and uncomfortable. A little run down. Main areas are good. Entertainment program needs an uplift. Hotel situated, surrounded by a building site.

Perfectly situated near the marina,from check in to check out everything was great.Spotlessly clean,mannerly staff who couldn't help enough,great selection at breakfast.Excellent.

Great check in staff. Given early check in which was very much appreciated. Nice hotel. Pool grounds are very nice and hotel is very clean. Only thing that could be better is the food. The tables are cleared quickly of rubbish which is very good but the food like most Melia Hotels is average or not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, sometimes lacking heat, fresh cooking or variety, The glass doors looking out to the pool area and the sea are also very dirty which detracts from the lovely view. Overall a nice hotel.

The hotel was in a great location. On arrival we were not happy with our room. Although we had to pay extra for the room, Victor and Akexandro were very helpful in dealing with the room change. We were given a complimentary drink when the room was being prepared.

Breakfast was out of this world …nicest scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted and as for the Nutella on tap 😍

Our room was cleaned very well every day. All aeas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast choice is fabulous. Location is perfect for us, near to La Carihuela and right on the beach. Very friendly bar staff who remembered us from our previous visit. Also, Angie and Daniel in the Premium reception area were professional and very helpful

A great hotel with great customer service

Lovely room with a sea view. Premium service was worth it. Roof top terrace great with plenty of space. Would definitely return

We spent an incredible week at this hotel in September, 2025. The room 2902 on the 9th floor with a balcony was spacious and clean , the seaside/city view was lovely. There were some nice benefits of being premium guests like a free mini bar, free lounge and private rooftop pool. The hospitality team at the premium lounge Rocio, Agnes and Daniel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Love the funky design of the lobby too. The pool activities were a real fun especially with entertainment team superstars Carlos and Ana. We chose Half board option, €20 pp extra. The food was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant staff Noelia, Salome and all for their hard work. The Premium stay included free beach access and sun beds. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. Thank you Ocean House, hope to come back soon.

Room is very good and clean. Bed is goood.
