Amazing stay! Clean room, extremely helpful staff, and great food.

Clean room, front desk staff was great, accommodated early check in/late checkout. The staff during breakfast was variable. The breakfast buffet was ok. The location was great. The bathroom/tub were great as well. The beds were comfortable. The robes looked super worn, definitely overdue for replacement.

Perfectly located. Near major attractions, but quiet location. Clean rooms and very attentive staff.

The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. It was easy to get around. The city for breakfast was delicious hot and fresh.

Excellent. Five star worthy hotel located adjacent to the Uffizi palazzo vecchio. The location can’t be beat and the hotel staff and amenities are exceptional. Traveler tip: it’s a long walk from the train station over rough cobble stones. Take a taxi if you can!

I liked it was so close steps away really from Il Duomo. The breakfast was very good wide selection and staff are very attentive. Thank you I had a wonderful stay. I hope to visit again

Excellent property in a great location near all historic sites and great restaurants. Staff is wonderful. Lorenzo at the front desk is amazing. He helped me schedule a taxi and brought us breakfast before we left to the train station.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff, very central

Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things.

Bernini Palace is an excellent place to stay in historic Florence. It is very close to Il Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, Santa Croce, and many other popular places to visit. The room was spotless and the staff was very accommodating. This was our second stay here and we would highly recommend the property to others.
