Very nice hotel. My only complaint is that the carpet felt damp. It could be due to the extreme Florida humidity this time of year but also the AC didn't seem to function well. But the bed was very comfortable and the bedding/pillows were great.

We were extremely disappointed. We checked in an hour early and were charged an extra $50 to do so! The staff's only response was that is our policy and frankly the surrounding hotels charge more! Done with this outfit!

We booked a 6 night stay and it was great for the 1st, 3 days, then the roofers started working on the roof ! Overall it was great ! Super clean ! Friendly staff and a great full breakfast.

Hotel was convenient. Family emergency. It was clean. Did not like that it had no dresser to store our clothes. Sink had only cold water. Was charged extra for cleaning the room. Never heard of that and wasn’t told there would be an extra charge.

When I checked in I was given a room for a wheelchair and I explained that my nephew just became a quadriplegic, so I wasn’t comfortable staying in that room. The hotel said that it wasn’t them that it was Hotels.com that made the mistake, so they gave me a hearing impaired room, and charged me an extra $20 a night. I showed them my receipt that I got from Hotels.com to show them that it didn’t say it anywhere on the paperwork, but they insisted that it was not their fault, because I used a 3rd party to book they still charged me even though I have Hilton Honors. I teach thousands of students, so I will let them know through my social media platform.

We are from New York but my sister is at Superior Residences right up the street from the hotel. The Hampton is convenient to a lot of restaurants where i can take her. The free breakfast is very nice and once again convenient. Rooms are exceptionally clean and has all the amenities that you need when you are traveling.
