All staff members were polite and friendly. All areas were clean. Breakfast was good, had quite a selection of food just wish they had eggs without cheese.

There was a large defect in the ceiling with hanging drywall and the constant mold smell indicated it was an old water leak. There were old human hair and dust balls in the corners of the bathroom.

Didnt have blankets for the pull out bed on the first night.

While we appreciated the early check in - the following items were noted as potential issues to someone with less of a sense of humor. The toilet handle was broken off at the flush assembly inside the tank (this was promptly repaired after it was shared with the staff). Then we had the interior main door handle pull off in my hands (I reinstalled and was able to get the set screw to recess back in far enough to make it thru the 5 day stay). The Shower door would not stay closed (needed to place a piece of cardboard between the glass doors to keep them closed. The tile floor at the shower base had a large piece missing. The rear wall of the shower enclosure had a crack evident that ran behind the ADA assist Hand bar. The Fire alarm kept going off on the first day and evening of our stay (4 events in a 6 - 8 hour period).

The gentleman serving breakfast and the gentleman at the counter were deceptively polite and helpful! it was a great stay.

The suit I had was clean but old and not clean. The seals in the bathroom were old and kinda moldy and deteriorating. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Bed was

The beds were confortable and rooms were spacious. Food options for breakfast were also good. Hotel needs a few renovations in the main entrance and the bathrooms.

Quiet place

For one the man at night was wonderful took care of all my needs until he couldn’t unless it was out of his control my room was not cleaned at all I complained they told Me they were booked up and I never received a refund for anything even taking pictures there was water leaked on the floor I were up getting a rash after I left and still don’t have me deposit back there a African American woman there that refused my Refund after stating that I never bring that up about my room which was a lie I never even see her or talk to her until I checked out ! And then at night there a older lady that was overly intoxicated an high couldn’t even direct me to the right place in the hotel and I was traveling for basics training graduation so I’m an out of towner I even talk to house keeping and they said they didn’t even know why it was like that im posting the video on ever social media platform i got and hope nobody stays there again !

Requested first floor and handicap due to handicap shower needed. Called the day before and got confirmation that it was available. We got the 4th floor and normal shower. If you are in need on handicap amenities, do not come here.
