The first room that they assigned me was dirty. The bed was unmade I’m guessing from the previous guest. The bar of soap was out of its packaging and the empty wrapper was still there and a used wash cloth was in the shower. The toilet wasn’t even flushed. The second room was a little better but I saw roaches in that room. They were probably in both rooms but I didn’t see them in the first room. I definitely wouldn’t have your customers stay there anymore

Everything’s was ok , but do you need to know there is not elevators.

Everything about our stay was decent the room had a really strange smell maybe just because it was old but it was pretty pronounced.

There is a reason this hotel is very affordable in a city like Dallas. It is showing signs of age and where and tear. That said, it was comfortable and economical.

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. However, the hotel is extremely dirty and has a very strong mold smell. The surrounding area is also not the safest, car alarms and screaming noises all night long.

Serves its purpose for missed connections at airport. Would be nice to stay past 11am checkout with flight delays though

Property has alot of mileage in it, pretty rough, but clean and economical, adjacent to a diner for meals
