Very close to Concord Pavilion. Walls are thin, tv unusable because hdmi cable was ripped out of the wall and damaged. Went to breakfast at 9:10 NO eggs left, no sausage left, no waffle batter left, only one juice dispenser worked, no napkins and no one came to check on breakfast supplies or refilled anything. Curtain rod in shower drooped so water got all over the floor.

Room was not as portrayed as advertised

The hotel is a little run down (our door to the bathroom was sticking and made a lot of noise when opening and closing, there were worn spots on the floor, the brackets on our closet setup were broken, etc.) and although the owners are charming and friendly, they did balk when I asked for more towels. We had four people in a room and they had provided two towels and they seemed put out that we wanted more. The hot tub was cute, but it closes at sundown, so no enjoying the fire pit like the photo shows :( They also got upset with our teens laughing loudly on Saturday night at 9:45 pm in their rooms, which I didn't think was that late. It kind of felt like I was staying at an in-laws instead of a hotel. The price was great. The bed was comfortable. But I don't know that I would stay here again.

Didn’t got what I asked and payed for

Owners are scam artist. they upgrade you for a price not talked about. the reserve now pay later is not true for this site. they charge you before you check in an you won’t get the deposit back

Overall, a nice, convenient comfortable place to stay. Central location to just about anything that you need. The husband and wife owners are really nice and helpful. Great service. They helped me with an issue with the internet so I could log in at work. I would recommend

The room was very small the appliances old and the entire hotel falling apart.

Could have been more pressure in the shower

The most uncomfortable bed ever.

Dirty, run down and fight even to get clean towels. Bed sheets had “spurs” and comforters were stained/dirty. Nice hot tub but limited hours of use. Sad breakfast.

Mr Prem is an angel and so is his wife.

It was loud and the property was poorly maintained.

I liked it was close to my work and the staff I came in contact with were nice and my blankets felt lushish.

This is a business trip so we appreciate a clean, safe and comfy room. The management is very attentive and cares about the details of this well run hotel. It is definitely a value.

I did not like the fact that I had to re register as guest because, my registration was cancelled at 1700 on the day of my check in by Expedia. I was not given an adequate explanation, and I was informed that I should have called before 1500 to confirm that I was checking in. None of this was in writing in the booking instructions. i do not plan on using Epedia and I will not reccommend.

These folks are running a scam. Agreed to a 108 price with hotels.com the property immediately called and said it was an error they were sold out but they could upgrade me to a fancier room at a rate of 125 TOTAL. IT WAS SPECIFIED. They then proceeded to charge me nearly $400 at check-in and at checkout guaranteed me that all the funds would be straightened out. In the end they charge me $151 for the room and I am left feeling robbed. PS crap room hot tub was out of order lol terrible people I asked them in person to refund me just the $25 and they refused and smiled at me when they told me that I could dispute the charge but that they would win. I want these people out of my town

The front desk hosts were very helpful and polite

The breakfast was more impressive than expected. Staff were courteous and helpful.
