The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. From the breakfast staff to the front desk. It is listed as a 5 star, it’s a 3 at best. It’s a good hotel with some real issues. 1. The room was tiny and warm, with no air conditioning. We were forced to leave our windows open all night, which led to many mosquito bites. 2. Because we were forced to leave our windows open, the streets were incredibly loud all night leading to very poor sleeping. 3. The gym was tiny, leaving little room for more than 1 person, 2 if you squeeze 4. It has none of the true amenities of a real 5 star 5. It’s a bit too far from city center. 25 minute walk 6. The shower was tiny and the pipes changed temperature to boiling about every 9 seconds. Overall, it’s a pretty good, well kept, 3.5 star boutique hotel. It neither a 5 nor a 4 star.

A cute boutique hotel within walking distance of all the city attractions. All the staff are so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are simple but have everything needed for a comfortable stay

Lovely boutique hotel, excellent service, the personnel extremely friendly and accommodating, very convenient location at walking distance to the main attractions and easily accessible with the car as the hotel is located immediately outside the ZTL area. The hotel offers to valet park your car for a 45 euros a day which is very convenient.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is nice, a bit on the smaller side. Rooms are a bit small. Didn't have a great view from the room. Very good breakfast and excellent service there especially by Katarina. She was very attentive, kind and made us feel very welcomed. We wanted to do late check out. Not a lot of flexibility there although there was scope. Overall it was good.

Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay.

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet by the way!!

Lovely boutique hotel. The service was outstanding. The rooms are small but nicely done and the ac was amazing since it was incredibly warm outside. Breakfast was perfect.

This property was excellent! Very clean, close to all activities and service was exceptional. The breakfast which was included had much selection. Our morning was made complete by our server Meli, her attentiveness made breakfast most enjoyable!

This is a charming hotel with a wonderful restaurant and live music. It is in a great location, offers great service, and is very clean and modern.
