Restaurant food was terrible and over priced The room wasn’t cleaned well Shower head was out dated no hot water Doors are shallow and can hear everything in hall ways check out process was the worst waited an hour while a staff inspected the room to be able to leave property

At time to check out we were ask to wait until they check the room and they came with a towel saying it has some stains and we were charge 20 0 pesos cause they have to wash the towel

Staff, pool, dinner and divers spectacle was awesome, the place is in remodeling works in some places, so that has some small inconveniences. My family and myself had a great time overall.

the lady at the front desk was very rude I don’t remember her name but yes she wasn’t nice at all.

I know the huracan hurt really bad but the bed sheets and towels smell bad and the condition waa bas too. Bathroom cleanliness is poor

This place is a gem. The front row view to La Quebrada, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, and the location close to el zocalo made up for the devastation that hurricane Otis left in this once popular city. Accommodations are basic but you pay accordingly. I would definitely come back!

Great area near the cliffs. Just a bit rowdy at night and the drinking close by.
