It was clean but a bit dated. No real complaints. It’s a comfort suites, not The Four Seasons. So clean, friendly and safe in that small town is just fine.

It was a place to sleep. Alot of stains around the room. Mold in the bathroom. It didn't smell fresh/clean. The floors were not clean etc. I don't have a problem with things being old but they should be maintained. Personally, I like things clean.

The bathroom sink has a slow drain

Pool was not working. Black water came out of the tub. Toilet was not bolted down. A/C unit was leaking water and sounded like an ice maker dropping ice.

We booked this stay at the last minute to travel to clean up tornado damage. Not only were they very accommodating with an after midnight check in but all the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was the perfect way for us to save a little money and the beds were comfy! We only had one incident where our toilet got clogged but it was taken care of almost immediately as soon as we informed staff. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if needed!

My only complaint is that the indoor pool was out of order and that is the main reason we booked here originally. However, we enjoyed the breakfast, cleanliness, and room size of the King Suite enough that it was all okay!

I chose and booked this hotel for a overnight getaway with my special needs granddaughter that loves to swim so an indoor pool was a must... The pool was closed and had been for some time yet there was no information of such on the website. We were not offered to cancel or anything though we had no pool... We were told we could go to the community pool at our cost in town ( which would be closing in less than 45 minutes)... Why is the closed pool not on the website! Disappointed my granddaughter when if given the correct this could have been avoid... Not happy

Everything in the room was really nice. Bedding towels were all very nice. I like to swim in the pool was out of commission. I was disappointed in that otherwise it was a good stay

Check in was easy. Desk clerk was nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was adequate.

We really enjoyed our stay! The people were extremely friendly and property was well kept! Our room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was in great condition! I slept so well. The only complaint we had was the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the shower faucets were in desperate need of replacing. The bathroom lighting could have used some work, as well. However, they were all still functional. We would definitely stay here again!

It was very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
