Masya Allah, very good hotel 💖. Very clean hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel, close to the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and friendly, helping carry our suitcases to the room. The room is cleaned every day. There are many food sellers and minimarkets near the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we go to Istanbul. The housekeeping lady from Indonesia is kind and very friendly. Thank you, our vacation was very memorable.

Ambiance/Facilities: Facilities are well enough, good, and very comfortable. Staff Assistance: Very friendly staff. Location: Has a strategic location and is close to Hagia Sophia.

Prices are ok, service is decent, plus it's close to tourist attractions, overall it's good but not recommended if you have lots of suitcases because you have to go up and down stairs and there's no elevator.

I was happy when I last ordered on the traveloka application. My advice at least you can speak English. So as not to accept the fact that your room has been moved. And try to check in early.

Reception tidak jujur, kita menginap 4 malem disana hari pertama kita disuruh pindah reception bilang satu company sama divas ternyata tidak, pas kita masuk hari kedua bednya berdebu, semuanya berdebu, jadi agak ragu buat tidur untung bawa desinfektan sendiri, tapi untuk lokasi the best banget deket kemana2, tolong perbaikin service dan di update kebersihan nya !!!!!!!

The room is good but little bit late about the electrical when I was come, it’s okay.. All services good but the telephone in the room not working. Keep crease all the standard better
