Clean and convenient to airport but that's it. Felt very isolated and just plopped in an industrial area with a security fence around the building. It was hot and the whole building had not "switched" to a/c yet for the season so only option for some cool air was to open the window and listen to LOUD mechanical noises.

Refreshing the room , sonority, cleaning the upholstery all over the hotel (room, restaurant, front desk, etc) wouldn’t hurt I strongly suggest indicating that parking is not free on whatever platform peoples are reserving there! My questioning is why hide the 11€/night charge upon check in (not a big deal for us) for parking from a pompus receptionist that could not help himself telling me that it’s nowhere on platform that they show the charge for parking,,! It just give the impression of what else are you hiding from your customers! Nothing else about the others staff we Haddad great service for the whole week there!

Kind of far from everything, hard to get a taxi unless uber or freenow. But apart from that great hotel and staff. Jordin was really helpful and friendly at the desk.

Staff were amazing, it’s just a matter of falsely advertising the pool and the sauna which were the main reasons we picked the hotel

After a long day we always end up coming back to the reception lobby to have our key cards re activated because it’s not working and the annoying part is we have to line up if they’re busy.

Very Disappointing – Poor Service Despite having stayed at this hotel six times before, this visit was extremely disappointing. On arrival there was no welcome or basic courtesy from reception staff, who were more focused on another issue. Check-in was slow and poorly handled, with no explanation given. Things got worse when we reached the room and found the fridge locked. As a diabetic, I need a fridge to store medication. I was told someone would come in five minutes — after waiting over 20 minutes, I had to go back to reception myself. The response from a member of Luigi was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking any apology. Instead of resolving the issue, I was spoken to disrespectfully and even told I had a “bad attitude,” which was shocking and unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of customer service and poor management oversight. Sadly, after multiple previous stays, I will not be returning.

Staff was not aware what a Hola Card was, and its outside of Barcelona so if you travel by public transit then it’s a long commute each way
