Comfortable clean room. Blackout curtain didn't quite close so morning light was a minor irritation. But everything else was excellent.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and modern facilities.

Good location and staff try. Linens are getting old. AC didn’t work ok the property or rooms on a 30 degree day.

We stayed one night in Chartres and the hotel met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central with an easy walk to the Cathedral and the historic center. Hotel parking was available for an extra reasonable fee.

Positives: Good buffet breakfast spread. Easy, secure paid parking. Convenient location a few blocks from Notre Dame Chartres and across the street from the train station. Elevator!! That was a treat because everywhere we stayed prior to that had stairs only. Negatives: guest-room was very small, making it very difficult to walk around bed with open luggage. Only had one small desk chair for seating. Shower floor was cracked and shower door wouldn’t fully close.

It would have been nice if there were a hot water kettle and/or coffee maker in the room.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel. I specifically requested a quiet room, yet was placed on the top floor next to a loud air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult. On top of that, staff members loudly and repeatedly knocked on my neighbor’s door at 7 AM — a phone call might have been more considerate. The parking situation was also very inconvenient. The garage is half a block away, extremely tight, and difficult to access. Guests must first stop at a cramped drop-off area, and despite several staff members watching me struggle with luggage during checkout, no one offered assistance. The room itself was clean, and the macarons at check-in were a nice touch. However, there was no kettle, no fridge, and not even a large mirror in the room.

I had a nice room, except that the shower room smelled a bit of sewage. Other than that it was fine and well-located to the cathedral.

Excellent location, steps from train station and taxis, 5-10 minutes to the cathedral. Very good breakfast with awkward trays, and distance between food areas results in precise timing: get fruits, yogurt and breads and drop them off at table, then eggs and coffee. Both the latter cool too quickly. Staff is pleasant and very young. Don’t rely only on them for recommendations. Room very clean. Bed soft. Good shower.

Breakfast was fine but the hot food wasn’t hot.

Literally across the street from the train station, and a 10 min walk to the cathedral. Rooms were nice. The front desk staff (especially late night and early morning) were professional and kind. Highly recommend the copious breakfast.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was very tight on the ramps.

Spacious and comfortable room. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking is near-by in a private garage (tight driving spaces as is typical in France). Someone noticed my car lights had not turned off, and the hotel staff contacted me, preventing a dead battery in the morning. Very grateful for that attentiveness. Breakfast had a good variety of pastries, fruit, juices, and some hot dishes.
