It was just ok, we had to ask for a handicap room, they didn’t read the message that I put on line. And was really looking forward to the hot tub which was not open that was the reason I put the reservation in there

Very clean Comfortable beds Tasty continental breakfast

It would of been a nice stay if they wpuld of done somethifn about the place smelling like pot. Even the dude working front desk on my day of leaving wreaked of. The whole upstairs on 4th floor it is all you could smeel the elevators it is all you could smell i stayed there for my sick kids who hage dr visits and overnight stays at children's hospital really dididnt pay to smell the pot smoke if i wanted to smell that i would just go to Wal-Mart. One guy said he look into it but clearly done nothing

Clean and the staff was friendly.

It was easy to get to and we were able to do early check in.

The check in process took a very long time to get in. There was indoor wall trim laying on the hallway floor. The hot tub was only half full of water.

I like this facility. It’s close to baseball, golf and bars and restaurants. It is my go-to venue for Whitecaps games.

Everything was good excpt for the on ramp for the expressway was right outside the window. Had we known that we probably wouldn't have stayed there. Also had two lights out in the bathroom,hot tub was broke and has been for weeks.

The location was convenient for our plans- a wedding in Coopersville, dinner in Comstock park. The King suite was very large..lots of good space.

Halls had a weird smell. The breakfast was good. Tv lagged. It was still a good stay. Not enough hooks to hang things in bathroom. Been to hotels that provide more hooks especially that have a pool to hang up wet suits. Hot tub was broken. Water pressure was good.

Hotel could use a good cleaning and updating.

It was clean and well kept, check in and out were quick. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared, the room was spacious. It was quite with a comfortable bed, good customer service.

I was very disappointed when we got to the property the hot tub was not working. I would’ve chose a different hotel had I known that.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff,

No drinks at breakfast. Very nice lady but counldnt speak English. Nice place would stay again.
