the property its ok , some areas need to fix , the room is old, the food its sooo expensive and no so good !! the staff are very kind !!

This place is fine. A little weird. And lots of little fees.

Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. They made me feel super welcomed and at home. I was so sad to leave but I will be back! My room was exactly what it said it would be. A private jet tub with an ocean view. The property is in a private beach, so the ocean waves brings all the peace and vacation vibes. The pool options are endless. I believe there was 3 pool options in each side of the property. There's also a separate adult's only pool 😉 Personally I only really ate breakfast on property but each time I had it, it did not disappoint. Club Regina has my heart. If you're looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities like gym, pool etc, then you'll love it here! Also perfect distance from the airport and san jose del cabo and other areas.

A golf cart ride is needed to get to the main lobby. Not regularly on time. Had to wait more than 5 minutes. Coffee pot was provided, but no coffee, which would be fine with a coffee pot was able to be plugged in at an outlet that convenient most of the time the cord on the coffee pot didn’t reach the outlet closest to it. When you requested something from front desk a I’ve bucket because I didn’t have one they never brought it requested a replacement coffee pot had to ask 3 times. In short, very poor response time from front desk and if any response at all.

We arrived by Uber. The property has a no Uber policy. We were dropped at the gate. The gate agent seemed flustered and didn't offer us a solution to being dropped at the bottom of a hill in 90 degree temps with luggage. We requested a ride. He had to call twice before a ride arrived. Took maybe 20-30 minutes. Once inside we registered and were immediately solicited for a timeshare presentation, which we declined. We arrived in our room. Very musty smell. I noticed black mold on the ceiling of the shower - the likely cause of the smell. The bell hop noticed we had some food, but no fridge in our room. He called the front desk for a mini-fridge. It was not delivered, and at the end of the day we threw out our perishable foods. One of the pools had green algae growing on the underside of the rim, and all pools just generally need maintenance. Breakfast was complimentary, and was good. Views were amazing, and one day we lazed in the pool and watched whales for at least an hour. Pool bars were not staffed when we swam - maybe the wrong time? Bed was comfortable. We could hear our neighbors through the door, so thin walls. Hotel is 18 miles from downtown Los Cabos San Lucas, and Uber was about $30 each time we came and went, with fast pickups. Stay was okay. For the distance to town to the inconvenience of not letting Uber on the property and the musty smell in our room, plus the time share solicitation, I wouldn't stay again. Of note: the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

This property was BEAUTIFUL. Everything about it was gorgeous outside. Perfectly situated on beautiful beach’s and pools throughout. (3) Room was also nice. Clean. Some updates needed but overall a great, safe feeling and beautiful place to stay. Very nice staff.

If you rely on internet for business I would recommend a different property. Beautiful views and friendly staff. The suites do need modern smart TV’s, but I don’t think their internet could handle it.

Room is in need of some updating; view was amazing from our room- saw whales from the patio, staff was very courteous and went above and beyond. Not gonna lie, the walking was hard. There are golf carts that will pick you up and take you wherever on property but sometimes it was not worth it for a short distance. I probably lost weight on this vacation due to all the walking uphill. Overall- it was a relaxing 4 days and will miss the sound of the waves crashing until my next visit.

Very nice place to stay lacking in some amenities

The staff is wonderful and it felt clean and safe. All the pools and views are amazing! It just needs to be renovated desperately.

The hotel was nice to relax doesn't have a lot of activities

Beautiful view but much older and dated than expected. Shower doesn't drain well and room despite being very clean was very musty, had to air it out every time we didn't prolonged periods. Very quiet and beach was pretty.

Every part of my stay was wonderful. Your staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone greeted me like a friend. Sebastian, Rayna, Isaac just to name a few. I will be back and will tell everyone.

We had a mixed experience at Club Regina. The location is beautiful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The food and overall amenities were great, so we genuinely enjoyed many aspects. Unfortunately, the issues with our room dampened the stay. The jacuzzi tub, which we specifically booked for, never worked despite repeated calls to maintenance. Additionally, a ceiling leak in the second bathroom had to be repaired mid-stay. While maintenance eventually addressed the leak, the tub remained unfixed. At checkout, the resort attempted to charge us for a makeup-stained towel, despite their lack of follow-up on our concerns. We left contact details but received no response. In summary, it’s a lovely place with great service, but if the room experience matters to you, be cautious.

Such a wonderful place. Absolutely perfect. Sebastian made my trip. Issac as well. Really everyone was great. Restaurant food okay… lots of other options. View is incredible.

View is nice, staff amazing, rooms clean but very old. No amenities, GYM hours terrible. Restaurant ok to good.

Nice ocean view from room, pool areas were also great. Loved the architecture and the landscaping, incredible views from all over the property. Room furniture was a bit dated, food was average, and there was some black mold in shower. Excellent water pressure though!

Our room was in middle section of the property and had expansive sea views. We could easily walk to the pools and beach, and there were plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas available. The staff could not have been more acccommodating and kind. We had several meals at the property and were very pleased with the prices and quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!

Room was full of beb bugs

The views from the cliff side overlooking the rocky shore and beaches below were spectacular. The vistas are open with sunrises & sunsets both visible. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Staff are welcoming & friendly. A short drive into either SJdC or CSL, but this resort is not overcrowded & quiet.
