The hotel is very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Richard, at the front desk was extremely helpful. He even ensured I was in a pet free room due to my allergies. I would definitely stay here again.

They won’t check me in. They say that I don’t have a number.

The location was great for the event we were attending. Staff at check in were quite rude but different staff at checkout were very nice. It was obvious there were renovations happening at the time of our stay as there were areas with lots of clutter and debris from construction. Concerning that outlet covers were left off outlets in the hallways.

Nice, clean, a few local bars close by and was 10 min walk to the arena. Ordered pizza late night for delivery.

In town for a conference. The hotel was slow to turn over rooms but 1 of 2 of ours was available when we arrived. Parking was valet only and attended well. The bed was not comfortable and the HVAC unit was exceedingly loud and kept cycling on and off with several loud clicks followed by a very loud fan.

The staff was very helpful & the location was within walking distance from downtown.

The location to mvp arena was great. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty with stains on the walls. The sheets had holes in them. The complimentary breakfast was average. The staff were pleasant and friendly. I won’t stay again. Would rather just pay more and stay at the Hilton.

1. they did not clean the room for 2 days i had to go down to the front desk and ask about 5 times. 2. lights where broken and hair dryer did not work

My only complaint is that there is no room service - they don come clean your room - but other than that its great

The facility is comfortable and quiet. It's kept clean. Better Restaurant hours are needed; access to transportation / shuttles is also needed.

We were in town to catch a show at Empire Live. The Hampton Inn was very convenient, just a block away. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Room was super clean, great view and quiet all night!
