Uma boa opção em SJC. O hotel passa uma sensação de ser um pouco velho, mas é bem cuidado. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e é confortável. O café é bom na minha opinião. Funcionários prestativos e educados, me permitiram fazer o check out 2h depois do previsto mesmo eu não tendo nenhuma conta no Accor ou algo do tipo. O hotel tem uma localização relativamente boa em SJC. O melhor ponto pra mim é a proximidade ao Colinas Shopping. Recomendo.

The room needed a better infrastructure and the air conditioning was not very efficient. The food and the breakfast was great. friendly staff. Overall a good experience;

Rooms are super small. Mold in bathrooms. No bell boy to help with bags. One has to pay parking daily at the parking desk. The cook decides that a lunch order for a large group was a higher priority than a breakfast item we ordered; he only opened a stove burner for our eggs after we complained?! So we are supposed to wait for their lunch to be over?

Nice hotel very well located

Good hotel overall. However, transit around it is very confusing and convoluted. Getting to it by car is tricky, missing any exit close to it can cost you a lot of time.

My stay at the Mercure São José Dos Campos Hotel was excellent. The location is convenient, with a variety of food options and a convenience store nearby. The food at the hotel was very good, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it for both comfort and accessibility.

Terrible hotel and experience. Walls are paper thin, you can hear noises from all rooms around you. No open windows. Dirty towels.

Mercure chain hotels maintain the same standard that customers are already used to. However, in this unit, breakfast was annoyingly substandard: I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to bring cups, there were no croissants and the bacon was impossible to eat so burned. Minor flaws that a good manager should avoid.
